Easy Clean - Not
I bought this at the end of 2019 and although the functionality is great the cleaning is horrendous. I can not wipe it clean as advertised. I wipe and use the scraper then I still have to use a cooktop cleaning product to remove the marks. I even bought new cookware thinking it was the problem but no difference. I contacted the helpline and they said it is fine to use the cleaner daily - not really the issue. Will never buy one again. Really disappointing.

Disappointing cooktop
After 10 years one of our elements broke on our Samsung hob. It turned out that there wasn't a heap of difference buying a new cooktop instead of having it repaired. So we bought the same samsung model as we knew that it would just drop into the space. Our original hob was made on Thailand - this new one is made in china. The new one is thicker which necessitated deepening the fitting space. The new one automatically switches the child lock on after cooking - we don't have childs. The new one requires more pressure for longer to switch anything on. Best buy something else.

Great when it works properly
We’ve had one of these for 6 years, and when it works it does a great job, and the expansion elements are a great idea (if they operated properly). But it turns the expansion elements on by itself occasionally, which is very dangerous. I would never get one of these if there were children or pets around
Also, as someone else mentioned it takes a while to unlock, which while safe, can be annoying. I will buy something else next time.
