Don't buy this stove. It will ruin your life.
I've had this stove for three years now. don't know what all these other reviews are on about but this thing is so inconsistent with the different heat settings, thinks it's smarter than you, and worst of all it turns off every five seconds if you
- rest anything on the control panel
- the timer finishes (nevermind if you're using multiple hotplates)
- your pot boils over and water gets on the hotplate
- breathe wrong
I never knew a stove could be so annoying. Just get a cheap, old-fashioned burner plate. I dream about those now.

My Safe Ceramic Cooktop
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the Westinghouse Ceramic cooktop about a month ago to replace my induction cooktop for medical reasons. I had to have a pacemaker as I almost had a cardiac arrest 6 weeks ago. The high electro- magnetic field on my induction cooktop was not safe for me as my arms are short and keeping 60cm away to cook on an induction cooktop was going to be difficult. The cardiologist suggested a ceramic or gas cooking top. I love cooking and the ceramic cooktop has given me purpose to continue doing something I love. The digital controls are easy to use and I like the safety features that indicate when the plates are still hot to touch. It is an important and necessary feature as people age . I am 72 years young !!

Great cooktop
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a wonderful cooktop. The touch controls are easy to use and precise. The sleek, flat surface looks beautiful in the kitchen. The selection if burner sizes, including the triple size burner make it easy to find the correct size fir all our cooking pots and pans. A quick wipe once it us cooled keeps it looking nice. We purchased the suggested ceramic cleaner for those times it needs a polish which makes it look brand new.

Elegant and Efficient
We bought this to replace our old Westinghouse cooktop. Installation was quick and easy however we noticed the cut-out for our previous cooktop was larger which resulted in a small gap at the sides of the new cooktop. It would have been good if Westinghouse would have provided a good quality wider seal in the box to fix this issue. Apart from that the cooktop has proven to work very efficiently. I particularly like the touch controls the multi size hotplate features.

Good replacement
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The multi zone element of my 20 year Westinghouse cooktop died and so I had to get a replacement. I was lucky this new cooktop could be installed in the bench because it is 1 cm less in width. It cooks very similarly to my old one however I still would have liked the 2 large elements to be at th front because I use them more than the small ones and it is hard having to lean over a small element to use the back one

Satisfactory hob
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this hob for about 6 months. It has some features that I don’t find useful eg. Element turns off after the timer goes off even though I may still want to use it. But also heats the pans and allows reasonable standard of cooking. I do wish I had paid more and got the induction cooker though as this takes a wee while to heat and cool.

Cooks anything and magic to maintain.

Easy to use
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love Westinghouse appliances, had them in our new built house in Tauranga, now have moved back to Pukekohe bought Another property, put in new kitchen and Westinghouse was the only oven and cooktop I wanted as I loved them in my previous home. Cooktop is so easy to navigate for a senior lady who isn’t as technical as she used to be.
