My Bosch is the BestI chose this dishwasher after watching the video and I loved the panel design, the fact that it is Wifi connected and I'm thrilled to have the vario-drawer for my long knives as well as the cutlery basket. I've not had a dishwasher with racks that fold down in the top basket. It's an excellent addition for placing caserole dishes and still leaving plenty of room in the bottom drawer for plates. We are a family of four and I need to run the dishwasher twice a day. It is water economical, power economical as I run it after 9am and before 5pm to utilise off-peak electricity. It is whisper quiet and and has a beautiful sleek design all round.

Basic Entry level[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced the worst Bosch dishwasher ever with this one.
I needed to purchase a BOSCH again as it was the only one that would fit the space of the first one. I wouldn't have otherwise.
It is a basic entry level dishwasher. It feels very 'thin' and lightweight when using. The lower tray doesn't glide smoothly and drops into a gap when the door is open between the main body and the door when rolling out. It doesn't have any extras that make for a great experience using a dishwasher. The load capacity is lower than expected. The outer unit doesn't leave finger marks when in use which in my view is a bonus.

Works well and also very quiet[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased to replace an older Asko dishwasher. This model seemed to be a good balance of price, quality and functionality, being mostly stainless internally except for the bottom. It's good having the flexibility to lift the top shelf up and down depending on whats being washed, and the choice of using the cutlery tray or the basket.
Much quieter than the old Asko from 15+ years ago, maybe doesn't get things quite as dry, but to be fair I've not been using the extra dry functionality either.
Bonus is that Home Connect app which shows the water and power consumption, and also notifies you when a wash is finished.

Excellent so far[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a replacement for a Series 4 model from 2010. So far, it has been excellent. The performance is clean, efficient and quiet. We use the eco-cycle. Tip for anyone wanting to ensure the longevity and performance of your dishwasher - try and avoid any of the eco dishawashing products as these will quickly destroy your dishwasher. According to the experts, these contain harsh elements that quickly damage the machine. This happened to us. Also, try use a standard dishwasher cleaning product every couple of months. You can purchase these from the supermarket.

Entry Level[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If I could have I would never have purchased another BOSCH dishwasher....ever. This is the cheapest one I could find that would fit into the space I have, it is so tight I was very limited for choice. It is very entry level. It replaces another BOSCH which has been a nightmare. If anything could go wrong it did. The money I have spent on its 'spare parts' and technician charges, if I had known it was going to be so awful would have been better investing in another brand for sure, it has cost so much. It just kept faulting and costing, sometimes the same thing twice. I am hopeful this will do the trick for the next year or so until I sell and move.

This is the worst dishwasher I've ever owned.We've had this dishwasher for about a month now. It has never washed propertly. We've tried tablets, powder, gel tablets. None of them dissolve properly and as a result the dishes are never clean. I get an error when trying to add a second image as an exampe of the wash. To be able to use this dishwasher, we need to rinse all plates, bowls, cups etc 100% before putting them in this dishwasher. Once we;ve gone this far it's easier just washing everthything by hand.
The one positive is it is very quite, but not much use if it doesn't wash property. The attached image shows an example of a half dissolved tablet that catches in the top draw once being released from the dispenser.
I would return it if I could.

Fantastic dishwasher![This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our 3rd Bosch dishwasher in so many houses. Such quiet achievers.Aside from cleaning our dishes very well, we love the cutlery rack as it enables more space on the bottom rack for pots and plates. We have found the cutlery drawer makes unstacking easy. The cutlery basket came with it, but we haven't used it yet.
We also own two bosch clothes washing machines which makes family washing day so much easier as we can run both simultaneously. We have found them very reliable and easy to use.

Excellence Dishwasher[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with this product so quiet and so clean and So dry after washing and best of all you can use the mobile app to control it not many I know of in the market for dishwashers have this facility.

Thanks for your question Karene. Yes, these are still made in Turkey with German engineering and strict quality processes. Bosch offer a SMU4HTS01A which excludes the cutlery tray. Other similar models are in the F&P range: DW60UN2X2, DW60UN2B2, DW60FC2X2, DW60FC1X2, and DW60FC2B2, and are available in most stores. Trust this helps! ^CO

hi what is the different between 14 setting vs 14 setting in series 6

Hi Polapeh. While both are made to the Bosch high quality standard, the series 6 is a newer model with additional features. It has 15 place setting compared to 14. It is also has a higher water rating which is 5.5 Star WELS compared to a 4 star with the series 4. It has more wash programs, and at 44 dB is is quieter.
