Once skeptic, now believers.[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were initially a bit skeptical about what a double dish drawer could achieve. We took our time and were careful about how we used it, ensuring we didn't overload it, used the recommended cleaning tablets and worked our way through the myriad of ways we could use this impressive machine. It hasn't let us down, entirely, so we would have to rate it very high on a star rating. The only small issue we have had a couple of times is the left over cleaning tablet residue. Some on the utensils and some on the bottom of the utensil "basket". Generally, we are very happy with our purchase.

Sale, Supply and Installation Double Dishdrawer.[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sale was smooth as we knew what we wanted. Our previous F&P Dishdrawer lasted 22 years and will still operating but was aging. New Dishdrawer is a beauty. Very quiet, operates well and instructions are fine. Only negative (unless we are missing something) is the old drawer would show a 00 when a wash is finished whereas the new drawer doesn’t give an indication whether a wash has occurred. We’ve doubled up a couple times in error.i suppose would should have looked at the dishes. Supply and installation was 5 stars. Scheduling was smooth, the 2 operators that attended were courteous, prompt, skilled and efficient. Very happy customer.

Super Clean[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had our new dishwasher for just over a month now. This is our first experience of having a 2 door model. We were pleasantly surprised when we first put the 2 doors into action. Surprised by the quietness of the entire process. After a couple of cleans we became more confident to put greasy and hard baked items in on the sanatize mode. Once again we were pleasantly surprised to see how well our dishes were cleaned. In the past we have had a number of dish washers. Some of these were cheaper models but we also had more expensive models. None of these previous models cleaned as efficiently as our current 2 door from Fisher & Paykel.

Series 7, Contemporary Double DishDrawer™ Dishwash[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our original Double Dishwasher spat the dummy, we went online for a replacement. We purchased this latest series and have no complaints. Close the drawer that's the one flashing on the keypad press wash, do the same for the second drawer and both are washing. Easy to use control panel for types of wash whether heavy, light or eco. Was easy to install plumber had the old one out & new one in under 1/2 hour. Just need to remember to top up glass cleaner & put dishwasher tablet in cutlery basket. Double drawer is best way to go for couples.

Love the drawers![This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love using the double drawer dishwasher, as I no longer have to bend down, to load or unload the dishwasher. I use the top drawer for day to day washing of dishes and use the bottom drawer for loading up with glasses and cups when entertaining. Be aware that the height of the bottom drawer is slightly lower than the top and that both drawers can't wash at the same time, if this is important for you. The Fisher and Paykel two drawer dishwasher has been the perfect choice for us.

DisappiontingNot as user friendly as the previous models. The digital display is confusing and can easily be accidentally touchedand programs affected. The old ones had hidden controls for each drawer independently- which was much easier.
The sharp metal ridge across the top drawer is a safety hazard for chlidren if they bumpbinto an open drawer. Wven adults can bevinjured on the sharp right angle corners. The older model had rounded and flush edges. Generally I am disappointed in these design flaws.
It still washes dishes well however.

Modern appeal[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the look of this dishwasher. Was immediately drawn to it in the shop. Has a sleek, modern feel with simple, yet elegant, features.
Wash cycle options seem to be generally longer than my previous dishdrawer but dishes are beautifully clean always. Plasticware is often very wet/not dry at the end of wash cycles but this was the same as our previous dishwasher also.
Overall, extremely happy with purchase and would definitely buy again.

Brilliant[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this drawer dishwasher as our other dishwasher wasn't functioning as it should. I really like the fact I don't have to bend down. Also it's very quiet and efficient. I took most of the metal stacking things out of the top drawer. This has helped I haven't actually used the bottom drawer yet having said that I'm wondering whether you can use both drawers simultaneously?
Overall I'm very happy.

Great question Doug! There is nothing specific that is required for this model dishwasher for first use, so you can use this without issue or concern. The instruction manual included with the unit, does have a First Use section, which is just an overview of functions, water hardness, and basic wash guides. Hope this helps clarify! ^CO
