the good and the bad!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No info on how to set up the dish racks, which compared to my last dishwasher (also F & P) are lightweight, frail, and ridiculously intricate to install. Even the plumber was confused and gave up. The cutlery holder is awful, have replaced it with my old one.
Also would love to have receive hard copy of the user instructions, do NOT appreciate having to go online to find out how to operate correctly.
Works great, very quiet.

Average performance at best
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The black double dishdrawer with its minimalist design looks really smart especially with other matching appliances such as the quad door fridge and black shaker style oven BUT it lacks in rack width space for wider rimed dinner plates and I have to say even with very carefully loading it does a very average job of washing on Medium cycle. It struggles to remove tomatoe based soiling even on side plates and does not remove coffee stains on cups even with recommended powder and glass clear. Got to say compared to my old Westinghouse it is average at best. Also takes an age to wash even on Fast cycle and does not indicate how long each cycle is. The whole thing is a guessing game. Plus unable to pause a cycle straight after starting to add anything left out.

At some point about a month after the purchase, the top drawer started getting flashing sign indicating one of the issues that are written on the manual. I started using the second drawer. After a little while the top drawer started working again without me making further inquaries with the company. Looking great in the kitchen too.

Double draw dishwasher
I previously owned a double draw dishwasher so when it was time to update it I wanted to get another similar one. Unlike my old dishwasher the racks are very hard to remove to clean the filter and parts of them collapse and take time and patience to put back together. Also the fast setting does not clean as well as my old dishwasher and because the settings are inside the dishwasher, you can not stop it to add something else once the program has started.

Not as good as the previous model
I have had Fisher & paykel dish drawers since 2007 and this model is the least user friendly. Whilst it works perfectly fine, having the play/start button inside the machine isn't user friendly, you can't pause it like the previous model and as there's no light on the outside, sometimes if it doesnt start, you can't see it and have to restart it again.Love the intergrated handles on this model but definitely my least favourite out of all of them.

This is a fantastic machine, have had it for a month and so far i cannot fault it. My dishes are clean, the machine is silent and is a nice clean addition tonmy kitchen.
The app is awesome as i can see how long my program has left. It doesnt have an indicator light like previous models, however ithat isnt an issue for me

Can't tell the length of cycle, rinse aid not work
I've had numerous issues. 1. There is no way to tell how long the cycle will be or when it will finish. there is no way to count down the time left which is very frustrating. 2. The 'Quick Start Guide' did not come with the dishwasher or the installation guys took it with them. I went through the Installation Guide and the Service and Warranty Guide over and over again, but no instructions on how to use. When I google for the instruction manual, it says 'refer to the Quick Start Guide provided with the dishwasher', which I did NOT get!!!! 3. I've had it for a number of weeks now, but the light has never come on to replace the rinse aid. I don't know if it means there's a fault and it's not being released into the machine or that it doesn't need very much, or the setting I'm choosing doesn't use it. Maybe the Quick Start Guide would tell me.

During a recent renovation to our current residence, we would not have considered using any other brand or configuration as we consider the double drawer to suit our needs perfectly. Small enough for a household of 2 or big enough for a family of 6.
Short wash cycles suit us perfectly.

Not efficient enough as we thought
We purchased this dishwasher with the expectation that it would help save water by allowing us to wash smaller loads. Previously, we used our standard dishwasher every two days, but it often wasn’t fully loaded, and waiting until the third day led to unpleasant odours and overloading. Our primary reason for buying this model was to handle smaller loads every 2 days. However, the drawer capacity is so limited that we now end up running one drawer every day. Even with the widest rack arrangement, we've occasionally found dishes that didn’t get cleaned properly, which is really inconvenient. Despite ensuring the dishes don’t touch, it still misses some unless they’re spaced widely apart. This forces us to run light loads more frequently, and as a result, it never feels fully efficient. We're also disappointed that using a dishwasher tablet every day for a small load doesn’t seem very economical.

Quiet and beautiful
Quiet and beautiful looking dishwasher. We bought the double drawer so when it was just us we could still fill a drawer regularly. Cleans well and is super quiet. The only problem with that is you can’t tell if it’s still going as there are no lights on the front. This is part of the aesthetic I realise. The other thing is that the eco mode doesn’t clean as well and seems to go longer

Worst dishwasher ever used.

Even after rinsing throughly before placing the dishes the dishwasher does not wash all sides of the dishes properly. The water does not reach to the top of the dishes due to their bad design. HELLOO NEW DISHWASHER!
I love my new F&P dishwasher. It initially started as a regretful purchase after non F&P tech botched a simple repair. I was left with no choice but to buy a new one. So after saying goodbye to my faithfull 12 year old dishwasher i have welcomed a brand spanking new black number. I have also learnt my lesson about straying from the tried and true F&P tech support.

Somewhat disappointing.

Our previous two dishdrawer models dried very well on the Fast cycle. To get the dishes to the same degree of dryness we need to use Medium cycle with Sanitise option which takes over twice as long as the fast cycle.

High expectations but disappointing reality
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased our new F&P dual drawer dishwasher with high expectations. Unfortunately there are a few features which, for me, are disappointing. Whilst the look is slick and modern unfortunately practicality of use is not as good as my previous 11yr old F & P dual drawer dishwasher. For instance once you start the chosen cycle you can’t stop it to add another dish etc that you missed. Once started it runs the complete cycle before the drawer can be opened (very frustrating). The other issues I have are 1) when you choose and start a cycle you don’t know how long it will run for (which is usually much longer than you think it will take) 2) You can’t adjust how much rise aid you want it to use for a cycle 3) Despite the cycles taking longer than my previous F&P dishwasher the dishes etc often come out wetter than my previous dishwasher (even using the extra dry feature). Overall I preferred my old F&P dishwasher

Perfect use for two people
For mostly one person, the two drawer is perfect. Washes exceptionally well and basically everything is almost dry. Easy to use. I haven’t timed the cycles but does seem to take a while on eco. I haven’t used a dishwasher regularly before though. I did have to read the instructions for where to put my dish soap though.
