I have been using a FIsher & Paykel double drawer dishwashers for about 20 years. This is our third one. The previous one was still going after 10 years, but was showing signs of wear and tear. There has been many improvements. The drain filter is much easier to clean. There are more washing options when combined with the quick wash and Extra dry functions. The lack of display on the front was originally concerning me, but using the app shows how much time is left and the whole family can use the same log in on their own phones. The double knock to pause is great. The dishes sometimes come out a little wet, but generally they clean very well.

Underwhelming dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had high hopes for this dishwasher, the double draws are great but that’s it. You literally need an app on your phone to understand if it’s on, without it u have no way of knowing. A lot of the times it just pauses mid cycle, beeping all the time unable to turn off, dishes continuously dirty unable to stack it in a way that’s quick and easy and cleans u have to be very careful how you stacks. The button interface would have to be the worst designed UX experience I’ve seen on a product in a long time. Overall I hate it I wish I never purchase it and wasted my money on it. Wouldn’t recommend it.

Stunning Appliance 5 Star!
I just love this appliance. I’ve always had single cabinet dishwashers in the past, my last one I rarely used as I was living on my own. When I moved into my new home, I decided to purchase the dual drawer dishwasher. It was the best decision I’ve made. Eating for one doesn’t create too many dirty dishes, so being able to use just one drawer for the washing up is fabulous! It’s quiet, efficient, easy to stack and unload, my glasses come out crystal clean as does everything else. The facade is sleek and classy with all the functions hidden until you open the drawer. I would happily recommend this appliance to anyone considering installing a dishwasher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was easily installed by the plumber. Having two drawers is helpful as my wife has trouble bending over to use the bottom drawer and she can use the top drawer OK. It does a good job of cleaning although we have not yet had to use it for heavily soiled pots etc. It is not obvious from the outside if the washer is working or not, or that it has finished its cycle; there are no lights to indicate if it has finished. I have downloaded the app to cover this shortfall. Stacking dessert bowls is awkward as there are no dividers sufficiently angled or spaced for the purpose.

Good looking dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] No display on the front looks good, but is not easy to use when multiple people in the house use the dishwasher. I have purchase magnetic signs (clean/dirty) for both draws, so everyone in the house knows if a draw has dirty or clean dishes in it. The machine is so quiet, that it is not easy to work out which draw is running and which draw is not running. The App only tells you if a draw is running or not, it does not tell you if the dishes are clean or dirty, as there is no sensor to tell the app the door has been opened after running.

YOU PAY FOR WHAT YOU GET = Quality Appliance
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fisher & Paykel has always been a trusted and reliable brand in my experience.
Before moving from New Zealand to Perth, I consistently used F&P products and was always impressed by their quality and performance.
Our new home came with a two-drawer F&P dishwasher, but—being a bit particular about matching appliances—I decided to upgrade to a newer model.
As expected, it performs flawlessly. The dishes come out spotless and the glasses sparkle every time.
I also have a washing machine and drier - the best as well

Over all a very good buy.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased and installed the Fisher & Paykel Series 9, Double DishDrawer Dishwasher to replace one we had installed when we built the house 14 years ago.
The Series 9 model is far superior just in the grip rail or "handle" to open the draws, the old model handles broke off within a couple of years after buying the original and had to be glued back in place a couple of times during it's life.
The finish is nicer, black front panels and the overall lay out and function is better.
I have 2 negatives,
1. the instruction and videos are poor and not very explanatory.
2. the economy cycle does not have a drying function as did our old machine.
Over all a very good buy.

Washing up has never been so easy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A very organised and efficient way of washing the dishes. As there are only 2 of us at home, I have only needed to use the top drawer each night, but no doubt when I have the family over the two will get used. This has made it very economical to use as the top drawer only uses minimal water to do an effective wash I’ve also loved not having to bend over to load the dishwasher. Having it next to the kitchen sink has made things very easy. Cleaning up after meals has never been so easy.
