I have been using a FIsher & Paykel double drawer dishwashers for about 20 years. This is our third one. The previous one was still going after 10 years, but was showing signs of wear and tear. There has been many improvements. The drain filter is much easier to clean. There are more washing options when combined with the quick wash and Extra dry functions. The lack of display on the front was originally concerning me, but using the app shows how much time is left and the whole family can use the same log in on their own phones. The double knock to pause is great. The dishes sometimes come out a little wet, but generally they clean very well.

Happy wife, happy life
Having had a previous 2 draw F&P dishwasher and moving to a hew house with a “standard” dishwasher was so disappointing. After bearing with the messy to load dishwasher it didn’t take much convincing of my husband to replace the dishwasher with the latest and greatest kitchen buddy, for my wife, with an amazing 2 draw F&P. Happy wife, happy life plus the setting to dry at loaded dishwasher makes life so much easier for me as everything only needs to be unpacked and put away. Love not only my wife but the dishwasher “nearly” as much

Can't tell the length of cycle, rinse aid not work
I've had numerous issues. 1. There is no way to tell how long the cycle will be or when it will finish. there is no way to count down the time left which is very frustrating. 2. The 'Quick Start Guide' did not come with the dishwasher or the installation guys took it with them. I went through the Installation Guide and the Service and Warranty Guide over and over again, but no instructions on how to use. When I google for the instruction manual, it says 'refer to the Quick Start Guide provided with the dishwasher', which I did NOT get!!!! 3. I've had it for a number of weeks now, but the light has never come on to replace the rinse aid. I don't know if it means there's a fault and it's not being released into the machine or that it doesn't need very much, or the setting I'm choosing doesn't use it. Maybe the Quick Start Guide would tell me.

HELLOO NEW DISHWASHER!
I love my new F&P dishwasher. It initially started as a regretful purchase after non F&P tech botched a simple repair. I was left with no choice but to buy a new one. So after saying goodbye to my faithfull 12 year old dishwasher i have welcomed a brand spanking new black number. I have also learnt my lesson about straying from the tried and true F&P tech support.

Somewhat disappointing.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Machine looks great and washes well but disappointed with the drying performance. Our previous two dishdrawer models dried very well on the Fast cycle. To get the dishes to the same degree of dryness we need to use Medium cycle with Sanitise option which takes over twice as long as the fast cycle.

Right choice for a dual load dishwasher.
Really enjoying the new double dish draw. We’re finding the features are very efficient and super quiet. Love the knock feature to stop the dishwasher. The wife has had to get used to not having any timer or lights on the facia. Otherwise it’s a great buy.

Double dishdrawer
Love the double dishdrawer - so nice being able to pack one drawer and still have the other cleaning. Only issue is the buttons with minimal instructions - but we're working our way through learning all of it's functions.
