We are very happy with our Fisher & Paykel drawers
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were nervous about purchasing dish drawers, but we are currently very happy with our purchase. We made the mistake of turning the wrong drawer on once or twice but have mastered it now. The bottom piece that sits flush with the floor, sometimes interfered with our feet, but we also got used to that. This machine is super quiet and the finished indicator beeps do not interfere with our conversations or TV watching. This machine is very efficient in cleaning and so purposeful having the two drawers available in a big, busy family. It is sleek in design, so looks great and suits out needs

Great machine! perfect for a couple of people.
We replaced the same model machine after 13 years of only minor issues. The changes to the new model are outstanding and you can see that Fisher and Paykel really thought it through. The draws now pull from the top and not underneath which caused the tops to pull off over time. This change should solve that issue. The filtration system is different and should alleviate the filter becoming loose. The cutlery draw is also smaller which I am not sure but looks like its far away from the big knife holder. Over all, all the things that went wrong with our 13 year old machine have been addressed. I look forward to another 13 years of great use.

Impressive dish drawer dishwasher
Really love this dishwasher. It has numerous features we have never had with any dishwasher. My partner loves that we can load one drawer while the other washes. She also loves the app that tells her when the load is finished or when the filter needs to be cleaned. It uses far less dish dryer than previous dishwashers we've owned. There are indicator lights that let you know when you need to add more dryer. You have to get used to the buttons, because you just need a light touch to start/ pause etc. Indicator lights let you know which drawer is in use and it is so much quieter than previous dishwashers. We couldn't be happier!

Making life a little easier!!!
This is my very first dishwasher and I'm nearly in my 80's. I chose the 2 drawer dishwasher as it's easier for me as I get older and it works so well in that regard.
I am a little disappointed because not every wash cleans as well as I'm expecting and on occasions the tablet is still there. I have a friend who had always had a two drawer and has recently bought a replacement as his old one was not working and he is experiencing the same problem. His old machine he could never fault. One on the other reasons I went for mine was because of how happy he always was with his old one .
When it washes properly I cannot fault it and am so pleased I decided to buy it

Difference from white Double DishDrawer & Series 7
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have had the series 7 double DishDrawer since November 2024 and find that is is not as good as our previous white model.
The Series 7 only has one control panel for both drawers where as the previous versions had a control panel for each drawer.
The Series 7 does not seem to leave the dishes in as dry a condition as the previous models,
you also don't have control over timing and pausing to alter loading as previous as the working drawer is automatically locked once the cycle begins.
The Series 7 also takes a longer length of time to to complete the cleaning / drying cycle

A shame about the progressive controls.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This replaces my old Fisher & Paykel double drawer dishwasher. I love the cleanliness that the new one gives the plates - it is even better than the last one. I am disappointed that I still haven't been able to work out how to turn off the dishwasher - as soon as I have emptied it and close the drawer a new cycle begins immediately - I have to turn it off at the wall each time. I haven't downloaded the app as I would prefer it to work like the old models with an on and off switch on the door which responds to you. This would make it easier for the technically challenged!

Dissapointed to be honest.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Do I like it as much as my last one that I had for 15 years? No. A kitchen renovation prompted a new purchase (I wanted to use my old one) however, the casing had rusted on the outside (ages ago) but did not want to run the risk of a flood in my new kitchen so a new one was purchased. For starters, the drawers are not where as big as my first double drawer model. I find the control buttons user unfriendly, unlike before. Was really hoping it was going to be the same as what I had had but it's not, not even close. My old model was still going strong btw, 15 years!

Disappointed
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Disappointed in our new F & P dishwasher. It simply doesn't measure up to the previous (earlier model) we had. The top drawer is awkward to open under the lip of our bench top. The medium cycle that we normally use is long - 155 minutes with the "dry" function. You need the "dry" function because otherwise the dishes are quite wet, and even with this on, it doesn't dry the dishes fully.
Nearer the end of the cycle it gets noisy with a revving/surging type noise. The cutlery basket is not practical, the plate dividers are moveable but they keep collapsing.
