Rated 2 out of 5 by from 2 annoying issues [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Firstly the touch interface is great, but it’s extremely sensitive to the point where if you lean on it, it could start an empty wash cycle, particularly since each time you open the dishwasher, it powers on the dishwasher. There needs to be a way (other than the child lock) to stop the dishwasher turning on when the door is opened. Secondly, the shortest wash cycle is 39mins (with a half load), this is quite lengthy still for modern and contemporary dishwashers.

It is noisy to the point I called a serviceman to check it out. The water distribution system means it’s noisy when you do t have a full load. The bottom drawer comes right out every time I load it and I have to be careful not to derail it. I would describe it as a bit tinny. It looks good and washes well. Adjustable baskets are handy.

Making a change [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having a 19yo dishwasher which literally blew up in a spectacular fashion, it was time to go shopping for a new one. We had no particular brand in mind. I think it took all of five minutes to choose the Fisher and Paykel over other brands. It had everything we wanted in a brand new dishwasher. It came home with us ready to install.

Getting a refund and organizing a return has been a nightmare. 5 weeks lead time on delivery, 5 hours on a phone + 3 weeks lead time to organize the return, I have never been more frustrated with a new appliance in my life.
