Loved my twenty year old dish drawer…[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hkwever, it finally gave up the ghost. My new series 7 has some different features i like and one i dont. The silverware drawer seems to locate better, the four top-hinged shelves are a lot studrier than my old one. By now i have tried all the various settings. They all seem to do what is expected. The onky thing i dont appreciate is what is i assume a energy saving feature: the dishes are not air dried at the end of any cycle and there are pools of water on the edges of the top surface that i have to towel dry before i pull out any dishes. I use a dishwasher for its hygenic aspect so using a towel on the dishes themselves would be counter-productive. Srill its a loveky little unit.

Great device, some annoying design changes[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As a committed dishdrawer user, I’m disappointed in small changes to rack and basket design that reduce its flexibility. Annoyed also that keeping the rinseaid container absolutely closed isn’t flagged more prominently as just having it marginally off the vertical seems to be the cause of a small leak that has gone undetected for long enough to cause damage to the shelf underneath. However it certainly washes the dishes efficiently!

Series 7 Dish Drawer.[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Back in 2007, we bought two DS6031 dish drawers, which have given 17 years of service. One started to leak, so we decided to replace it with the Series 7, which is the same size and fits in the space perfectly. So far, it has worked flawlessly. It has a few modifications to the previous model, which I like. Being able to fold down one line of holders is good, and the fold-down side brackets are sturdier.

Efficient, easy to Use and Quiet.[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Totally delighted with my new Dishdrawer. Sleek slim flush design with no external protrusions. It is so quiet, and ideal for an apartment of 1-2 people. Simple wash selection, warns me when Rinse aid is required, and leaves dishes sparkling clean and fresh. Does take a little longer to complete Normal Wash the my earlier model, but as I always rinse by hand first, I can fill the machine over 2 days.

My Dishdrawer Experience[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the 3rd Dishdrawer I have purchased in the past 25 years and would buy more if needed. My only criticism is the support in regional area's, in my case Strahan which is where the previous dishdrawer I purchased is installed. The Fisher and Paykel (FP) specified service agent had a falling out with FP and would no longer provide help. FP phone support is very hard to get onto.
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive. Some goods may take longer to deliver if a product is currently not in stock. A staff member will contact you where this occurs.
Easy returns
If you feel your product has failed a Consumer Guarantee (as defined by New Zealand Consumer Law) then don't worry you can easily return it to your local Harvey Norman store. Left side measures are 2000Lmm for the Drain hose, and 1650Lmm for the inlet hose, while Right side install measures 1800Lmm for the Drain hose, and 1250Lmm for the inlet hose. Hi our existing bench top is 800mm from floor to underneath benchtop so to use this product would we need to enclose the dishwasher? Does it require fixing either side for the runners of the drawer?

Great question Pio. The Dishdrawer is sold as a fully enclosed unit, and needs install by a qualified electrician and plumber to fix within your space using brackets or drawer removal methods. It measures 410Hmm x 599Wmm x 573Dmm and the pull out drawer is enclosed within the frame. An 8mm gap is also needed for ventilation at the top and bottom of the unit. Trust this helps! ^CO

Hi Alan. The dimensions for this model are H 410 mm x W 599 mm x D 573 mm. The DD60SCx6 model is 1mm less in height, same width and 3mm less in depth. The measurements are nearly identical. Hope this helps with your query.

Hi there. There is no interchangeable tray that can be swapped out. The racks are height adjustable to
accommodate glassware and cups of varying heights. You can adjust these independently of each
other to any height. The rack also comes with glass supports. These removable clips on the rack wires are to give your tall glasses extra stability. Hope this helps
