Extremely Quiet
Very happy with our purchase. Initially had small amount of leakage where drain hose connects to waste spigot but with extra tightening of hose clip, the problem was solved. This dishwasher is extremely quiet - in fact I have to put an ear to the door to make sure it is actually working. Instruction manual is very informative. Have used this appliance for 2 weeks and have only used the "Express" cycle with the "Extra Dry" option (which takes 1hr 20m) as we rinse dishes first. The results are excellent. Still working out best options for loading crockery but haven't tried tall crystal wine glasses yet. Quite happy to continue hand washing them.

Really easy to use and load, and cleans dishes and pots very well and I love the WIFI feature which I can set the cycle and it in forms me, how long its got to go, when its finish and when should I clean it! Very happy with the quality of the dishwasher and how quiet it is when it is operating, Loving the LG brand, thank you

Love it - great purchase
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are an LG household with every appliance being LG and I can confidently state that this dishwasher is another great purchase. It is quiet, has very good capacity which is enough for dishes from a household of 3 adults and 3 kids. The machine is extremely easy to load, operate as well as clean and maintain. The dishes come out sparkly clean and the filtering system is pretty good where there is NO buildup of any grime or smell in the machine. There are many different cycles plus it is connected to the ThinQ app through which you can view the progress of the cycle and when its complete. Very happy and satisfied overall.

Failed a few months after purchase
The touch panel and screen failed after a few months of owing this dishwasher, and making a warranty claim has been unreasonably difficult. When it was working it did a good job of cleaning the dishes. Hopefully after months of trying to arrange a warranty claim it will be restored to functioning as it should again, but unfortunately due to this experience of such a new product failing so early on, I would not recommend this dishwasher.

Don't waste your money
We have had this dishwasher for 2.5yrs and we have had it repaired 3 times. Recently the vario motor needed replacing. It was an ongoing 4 week battle to get LG to repair under warranty again. Whilst it has been repaired each time under warranty and we are grateful for the repairs, the dishwasher now doesn't clean anything on the top rack. Piece of crap!

Does the work but noisy dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using this dishwasher for about an year. Initially it was working well, six months down the heating unit had a problem and it was not drying the dishes and throwing error codes. Contacted the service team and they came home and took away the unit to fix in their warehouse. A week later received the unit back fixed and till now no further issues..
The dishwasher is a bit louder while it is operating and the LED lights which shows the time left to complete a cycle is not clear at times.. using the LG app you have option to download new washing cycles, but that is limited to only a couple.. and it also notifies when your unit is running low of rinse aid. Overall it's a decent unit, but it's a bit noisy and have troubles with heating unit at the early stages of usage.

Our new LG Dishwasher
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our eighth faultless LG product including two dishwashers. We recently moved house and needed to replace the current dishwasher in our new property. Our other LG dishwasher was still going strong and trouble free after 8 years. While we did research other brands, in the end we chose to stick with the product which has proven its quality and reliability and still excellent value. We love the sleek look of this LG dishwasher and the true steam provides an exceptional clean. We are very happy we’ve made the right purchase.

Excellent machine
I love my new dishwasher. So far it has been awesome. I’m getting used to the different noises from my previous dishwasher but absolutely love the interoperability it brings. I can have plastics and glasses on the top being washed gently whilst pots, pans and cutlery being washed vigorously on the bottom shelf.
It’s just great and I would recommend it.
