So far - so good.
Picked it up and self-installed it on 3/3/22. So far, so good. Mostly using Turbo setting. Very, very quiet. Love that some racks "fold-down" for putting in larger items like saucepans, frypans, etc. Racks are quite substantial and "solid". Cutlery basket can be relocated at whim. Overall, a quality unit. Squeaky clean results. Connected to cold water so that hot water will not heatset food onto dishes at the start of the programs. As the water hose comes out at the rear left of the unit - its length JUST managed to reach our connection under the sink - something new buyers should check at home before purchasing any dishwasher.

Dream dishwasher!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had this dishwasher for a little over two years, and it's consistently performed like a champ! We use the eco setting, and dishes still come out perfectly clean every time. (In the two years we've been using this dishwasher, I think there might have been ONE dish that needed re-washing.)
It not only works great, but it is also quiet, and has a super flexible layout (many racks can be laid down, and the top drawer can change height to allow for taller things to be placed inside).
It does take a while to wash / dry on the eco setting (which we choose to run it on) but I haven't had any issues where I've needed stuff and it's still been running.
Overall, highly recommend!

Best dishwasher I have ever had
I have owned my LG dishwasher for 6 yrs ! I use the “quick and dry” cycle and everything and I mean everything, from gasses to saucepans come out clean and dry even with a full load. The cutlery level is amazing. Have recommended this dishwasher to so many people

Lg dishwasher gives a brilliant wash

There is ample space for larger loads
The panel is easy to operate
This dishwasher gives a thorough wash and glasses come up sparkling
Even being a thorough wash it is gentle on finer glassware and there have been no breakages
We love that The panel sings a catchy little tune to advise when the cycle is completed
It is a silent runner overall
Good looker under the bench , Clean no fuss appearance , easily wipes clean
Only one minor negative
The fast cycle is a bit too long if you are in a hurry
The dishwasher is new and we have been happy with it so far and pleased we decided on the LG .

Disappointed
I purchased this dishwasher about a month ago with high hopes, but unfortunately, it has been a letdown. Several key issues have made this experience quite frustrating.
Drying Performance:
The most disappointing aspect is that the dishwasher does not effectively dry the dishes. After every cycle, I still find that I have to dry most of the items manually. This issue negates one of the main benefits of having a dishwasher, which is supposed to save time and effort.
Cycle Duration:
The cycle times are excessively long, often extending beyond 3 hours. This duration is far longer than I anticipated, and it's highly inconvenient when I need clean dishes in a timely manner. It's frustrating to wait so long for something that should be relatively quick, and I'm sure many users can relate to this.
App Integration:
The app fails to recognize the product. This has prevented me from downloading and accessing custom cycles and features that were advertised. The app was one of the selling points for me, as I was looking forward to managing the dishwasher remotely.
Overall Experience:
Given these issues, I cannot recommend this dishwasher. The combination of poor drying performance, extended cycle times, and an unreliable app makes it a frustrating appliance to use. However, I remain hopeful that the manufacturer will address these problems in future models or provide a solution for existing customers, which would greatly improve the product's usability.

Great cleaning neat looking product
We have had this for nearly 2 months now and so far so good. It really blends in with our cabinets nicely although because it’s not a completely flat front, the top does poke out but we can live with it. It washes very well and we haven’t really seen an issue with the performance since owning it. There are a couple of things that could be better like the wheels sitting on the inside edge of the door can jump off if you bump the drawer to hard and the wash times do seem a bit excessive but it has some great features like being able to only wash the bottom or top drawer for half a load. All in all you can tell it’s not an expensive dishwasher but functionality is more than adequate.

LG QUADWASH DISHWASHER IN WHITE.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] LG XD5B14WH Quad Wash Dishwasher. Attractive door front, easy to use, there are many different cycles. It washes well however it doesn't completely dry the dishes, the cutlery basket is dripping every time no matter what cycle we use. We accidentally found a very quick wash cycle which is good. The little jingle at the end of the cycle is a cute reminder that the programme is finished. The door is not as strong and sturdy as the Bosch but being white is easy to keep clean. Its a decent washer but I think next one I'll go back to a Bosch.

LOVE MY LG
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this LG Dishwasher to replace a fairly new other brand dishwasher that I could not have serviced in our regional area. I researched and found that LG had a service agent in my area. I found the dishwasher to be very solid in build and as it is freestanding I love the benchtop which allows me extra bench space without scratching or damaging the top. Everything washes well and it is easy to sort out a load which includes large bulky items. Overall very happy
