Mixed thoughts
When I bought this dishwasher I did not realize that "built under" meant actual installation. This turned out to be a pain. We had to modify our existing cupboard to suit. I thought I would gain internal wash space as opposed to a free standing plug and play. But turned out to be exactly the same. I like the way the dishwasher works and the different cycles, and I love how the door opens by itself at the end. but I'll never buy a built under again. Also I wouldn't mind if it told you what stage it was up to during the cycle.

Love my new Miele
It is even quieter than the old one. The cutlery area is so much better now as a tray at the top. The automatic opening of the door at the end of the cycle to let the steam out. Being able to change the internal configuration to accommodate different utensils is amazing

Very happy with our purchase!
We replaced a 5 year old broken dishwasher with this Miele model and we couldn't be happier. The basket and tray design is great which means we can fit more and things wash better as they are better arranged and secured. Most plastics actually come out dry! The quick wash is less than 60 minutes and cleans and dry's very well. We have mostly been using the auto mode which works perfectly. So happy we made the switch, we hope to get many years from this unit.

Excellent results
I purchased this machine three months ago to replace an older model Miele that I had for 13 years. The new model is very efficient and easy to stack and empty. It operates quietly and smoothly, and I am always happy with the results.

Amazing dishwasher, washes so well. Only thing is I have to press the “on” button like 5 times before it turns on. When it arrived it had a weird smell too.
