Rated 5 out of 5 by from Awesome Product We originally had just a hot water dispenser and when we went with the Reverse Osmosis (RO) water filter, we did not want another hole drilled into our countertop. We now have RO water for both the hot AND cold water. We like this faucet because it is so easy to use, it looks great and matches our in-counter soap dispenser and faucet. It comes with a 5-yr, in home, warranty which is nice to know that if anything stops working, I don't have to worry about additional product or labor costs. As a side note, we find that we are drinking a lot more RO water daily and it is because it is convenient and tastes great. This faucet is a wonderful addition to our kitchen.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great product Love that I can get hot water for tea immediately or even to cut down on the time it takes for water to boil in a pot: i just fill the pot, put it on the stove, and within 5 minutes it's boiling and ready for pasta or whatever you need to cook. I also like the security feature which makes it more difficult for kids to use unless they've seen you do it a couple of times. Prevents scalding and gives an adult enough time to jump in and pre-empt anything. You can also control the temperature of the water. If you don't like it boiling hot, turn it down. Going on vacation and don't need to constantly heat the little tank? Turn it all the way down or off!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice looking & works Great I’m rating this product excellent from a user perspective. Our home was just built so we had nothing to do with ordering or installing it. We selected it and we use it. We had a different hot/cold fixture in our previous house. It had 2 separate handles and found that it leaked. This new fixture has one handle that you either pull forward or push back for cold or hot. The hot water keeps flowing where my other system the hot water was limited to about 10 oz then the system has to heat a new batch, etc. our new system does not seem to be limited. It’s nice as sometime I need a lot of hot water to quicken up cooking. The water is filtered too! Enjoy!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Best on the market I spent weeks trying to find a Hot/Cold tap for my Insinkerator unit. There are many models out there however the reviews are lackluster and the quality isn't very good. I ended up deciding on the FHC3300 and have loved it every since. Ease of use and the styling match our current faucet great. I have it hooked up to the water filter so we have filtered Hot/Cold water. I would have given the product a full 5 stars however the price was the hardest pill to swallow. The hot water unit and filter cost me much less that the Faucet alone. They say you get what you pay for so I hope this unit will last many years to come.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice Faucet I ended up having to get an InSinkErator faucet because their tanks have non-standard fittings on them and would not match up to the faucet that I already had. That part I did not like, but the faucet itself is a noce looking faucet and it performs well. I like the single lever vs one with 2 levers. The only part that I would wish to function differently is that the lock release only be required when trying to dispense hot water, not both hot and cold. It also would be nice for the leads (tubing) to be longer because it really limits the tank placement options.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from fabulous product--glad I got the upscale one I wasn't sure if I should pay more to get the fancy one, or make do with the simpler model. 2 features on the fancy one, that don't seem to be on the cheaper one, that matter to me are: * swiveling spout. it is really nice to have the swivel * cold stays down on its own--I do fill a lot of water bottles, and it's nice to not have to hold it down Also the styling is very nice. The only thing that bugs me about this product is that sometimes there is "chortling" that comes from the tank, no doubt from steam, and it can make some soft noises. The hotter the setting, the more that happens. But overall, we love this product and use it all the time. I was able to install this on my own as a DIY and it was fine. Note that you do need an "always on" outlet to plug into. However if you buy the insinkerator disposal air switch with dual outlets then you can plug this into an always on outlet for your disposal and be on your way.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Heater is a heater. Faucet is beautiful We have owned three Insinkerator heaters. They have all been quite dependable but the hardness of our water eventually does them in. Always before we have had a simple, small, Hot Water only faucet. This time, we got a new deluxe sink and a very deluxe Delta faucet in the middle of the sink.. So, we decided on a very deluxe Hot and Cold Water Insinkerator faucet for the right side. The physical shape and the metal finish of the two faucets match well. The filter fits easily under the sink beside the heater. It is good to have filtered hot and ambient temperature water readily available. For filtered and actually cold water, we use the refrigerator.. I did not install it. A plumber did. It did not look terribly easy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great dispenser Purchased to replace a 13 year old Insinkerator dispenser and instant heater. Much better looking and functioning dispenser. The issues with the old one are in the rearview mirror now. Hopefully will last another 10+ years of heavy use. Installed it myself which was easy due to it being a replacement. But I had to reuse some items (like fasteners) from the prior installation. It will require an expert if brand new installation though.

Thanks for your question Oliver. According to Insinkerator, it requires a supply pressure of 172–862 kPa (1.7–8.6 bar or 25–125 psi). You may also require an approved pressure limiting valve or dual check valve, depending on regional install requirements. Check with your installer and instructions for more details. ^CO
