Rated 2 out of 5 by from Great to use, but needs to be replaced every ~2 years This is the 3rd time I've purchased this product and it seems to fail every 2 years. I can't deny the convenience of having instant hot water at the sink and how good it looks, but even with general care and maintenance every month, a water filter attachment from Insinkerator, it STILL manages to break somehow in a way that the manufacturer has no suggestions to fix. The problem always seems to be a constant leaking, so I'm guessing an inner rubber o-ring is finally worn out? There is no replacing that part either. The manufacturer gives no instructions on how to open it up safely and to replace the part.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Nice Remodel Addition Having smokin’ hot water may not be for everyone, but we have used it for everything from making tea to cleaning off dishes. It’s useful for adding hot water to your cooking as well. However, there is a caveat. Originally,we bought this for the cold water side, hoping to save on constantly opening the refrigerator door to access cool water. We have strong chlorination in our city water making it awful to drink. Unfortunately, you will need to also purchase a prefilter if you want to eliminate this problem. That said, it’s not a bad thing as we now have tasty and handy water at our fingertips for cooking or drinking that is much better than our sink faucet.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good replacement product so far The last one we had started to leak after a few years. This was essentially the same one, and was very easy to install. I cant completely recommend the product as the unit is not meant to be unassembled and cleaned, meaning that you may have problems after a few years when you use the hot or cold side. If you are handy, you can open the faucet from the top and drop in some lime a way or little wd40, but since the inside is essentially a plastic plunger and spring, it will wear out considerably earlier than a normal faucet. Recommend reading other reviews as well.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from The Product works well until it fails This is the second identical unit I had to buy in 4 years because the first one failed - the hot water lever would stay on - after some research online I found there is no way to repair it - you have to buy a completely new unit. So I'm waiting to see how long this one lasts - it is a good product - producing very hot water instantly and room temp water - but it needs to last minimum 10 years - not 4. Warranty coverage didn't cover the failure.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from same problem in the 3 years with in 5 years i had to change the faucet 2 times the hot water lever gets stack and dose not go back to its off position it is a great product when working but goes bad to often it is a shame that this company dose not warranty it for a longer time and that they do not fix the problem ...... im in the processes of changing it for the 3rd time but to a different model and im hoping that the modern model will not give me this kinds of issue again.

We drink hot water and we were heating water on the stove before our purchase; I did spill hot water on my hand few times while transferring hot water from pots to the water bottles. After the purchase, we now safely fill our water bottles (no more waiting at the stove or burning hands). Also, we are addicted to drinking tea during working hours (a good addiction while working instead of coffee or smoking). Hence, this product is invaluable to our home especially during the pandemic. Thanks for such flawless design to see customer delight. I am not good with DIY and husband doesn’t want to either. So I used a plumber for installation.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Faucet drips and non-symmetry in design The faucet works and was fairly easy to install. All the connections and instructions are good. However, my faucet drips occasionally. This is a replacement of the same model and my prior one did not drip. Secondly, the hot and cold handles are bent at different angles so the overall design is lacking symmetry and looks strange/off--it does not like like they handles should be different. And thirdly, the faucet arc was overly bent and did not angle properly into the sink. I had to rebend the faucet by hand so it poured straight down and looked more like the product images on the package.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Screen messed up from install Once installed, water from the spout shoots on in all directions. Particularly fun when dispensing scalding water. I tried to unscrew the spout end to fix the screen (per instructions), it won't screw off without damaging the unit. I've tried to gently re-orient it by poking a soft tool up there, which helps a little, but only temporarily then it goes back. It wasn't easy to install, so that coupled with the hassle of getting a new unit (if possible), means I'm living with it. Doesn't help I was replacing this with the identical unit due to the cable snapping on the cold water lever.
