Rated 5 out of 5 by from Glad to have our hot water dispenser again. We've had an instant hot-water dispenser (by Insinkerator) in our kitchen for many years. It is a very convenient way of having near-boiling water for tea, or other uses, without the time-delay that it takes to fill a kettle and wait for the water to boil. When our last one wore itself out, we learned that it wasn't repairable, and the model and style (and colour) was discontinued. We had to find a dispenser that we could get that was white. And there weren't too many options. So we went with this one. It was ordered from a local plumbing company, and they supplied and installed it. It works well, looks good, and we're very happy with it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This is a very good product, PLUS the customer service was even better This was a replacement faucet for an Insinkerator hot water dispenser. The previous one stopped working. I did not have the serial number of the exisitn unit. The customer service people were outstanding and guided me to the correct model number. They gave me a code to insert into the online order form which saved me a considerable amount of $$. The unit shipped when they said it would and arrived within 4 days of my order. The instructions were very simple, AND all the parts were in the box. All in all this was a very good experience, and I would recommend this product to anyone. The customer service people are the drivers.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Extremely disappointed - this product has been severely downgraded I bought this faucet to replace a 2010 model that began spitting and would not turn off. It was used daily and was wonderful until the very end. I had to wait more than a month for professional installation so I just started using the new one about 2 weeks ago. After about a week it started to sputter, spray and continue to run after being turned off. I tried removing the spout end piece per trouble shooting instructions but it will not budge it. I have unplugged it and yet again have to wait for a professional to help me. I am selling this house and will not install one in my new home - my instant kettle will do just fine.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I have a problem with water flow. Two weeks ago, my previously installed hot only faucet started to dribble and spurt. Water was still hot but flow was very slow. I bought the new faucet and replaced the heating box, but connected it to the old tubing and tap. The same condition of slow water flow existed. I then called a plumber and he installed the new tap and tubing, and also installed a new valve connector to my water supply. The same problem of slow water flow exists at this time. I have checked the copper tubing for crimps but everything there is fine. In summary, everything in the system is new, including the connection to the water. Do you have any suggestions as to what I can check next.?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from lost without it! this was a replacement for an older unit that was satin nickel & the tank had begun to leak. The design prevents leakage except for when the valve is actuated - no pressure to the tank - a GREAT thing!! We love the hot water tap & use it for a speedy cup of tea or to speed up prep of a meal. Only complaint is that there is not a replacement tank/heater unit without everything else with it. we bought the valve in ORB & discovered the tank didn't come with it. Bought a complete tank & valve unit in chrome & threw away the valve because I already had a filter system & saved money by throwing away an unneeded valve!!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A stylish and flawless performing product. Our experience with the Insinkerator hot water dispenser began in our last two previous houses. We had the product installed during the construction of both our new homes, and both performed flawlessly for over 9 years each unit. We were so impressed with the styling and performance of the Insinkerator hot water dispenser we recently had our third one installed in our new home we recently moved into approximately 3-months ago. Since all of our kitchen fixtures in our current home are the antique bronze finish, we matched our hot water dispenser with the same finish and it looks absolutely fantastic. We cannot say enough about this product and our commitment to the brand.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from This product has issues We have had problems with this product since shortly after installation. The spout drips irregularly and we have had leaking from the filter area irregularly also. We were replacing another insinkerator that was having dripping problems and was just over 3 years old--we had issues with that unit since it was installed. We even upgraded to a more expensive unit but obviously there must be problems with the design. Our first unit was great and was only replaced because it was old and the tank was starting to look like it was deteriorating. We are disappointed and will probably look into other brands in the future.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great Product, but limited life span and expensive to replace. We love this whole set-up, but the tank on the heater is made of some sort of poor material and starts leaking about every 5-6 years. This is our third water heater and we love it while it works. It does seem to us that the manufacturer could make the tank out of some material that would not break down so quickly. After all, our general household water heater was just replaced after 35 years of service without a leak and it worked well the whole time. Our plumber says that these products used to last for 25-30 years when first introduced, but that now they fail rather regularly. The faucet has failed after about 18 years, so it is better than the heater tank, though why it should start balking and not closing consistently is a mystery.
