Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent product, but a change made installation difficult and expensive The product I just purchased was a replacement for an identical hot faucet that wore out after 8 years and started leaking. Unfortunately, an installation that should have taken less than 30 minutes took almost two hours because of a change in the product. The tubing that connects the faucet to the water line was at least six inches shorter than the tubing attached to the previous Insinkerator faucet, and my installer had to improvise in order to accomplish the installation. This doubled the price of the installation. The good news is that the faucet works well.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Product I got this "Hot Only" faucet to compliment a kitchen renovation. The kitchen is pretty far from the hot water heater. Hot water in the morning took quite a while to get to the sink and was wasteful of electrically heated water. I didn't want a circulating system because I think that's pretty wasteful, too. InSinkErator to the rescue! The look of this unit matches my Kohler faucet and fit perfectly in an existing hole in the porcelain sink to the right of the main faucet. It lines up so well that I can overlap the main and the FH3300 and run both to get WARM water for washing/rinsing dishes. My only complaint is that at the lowest temperature setting the water is still hot enough to scald my skin...it's 150° F! But on the other hand, the hot water by itself is useful when cooking to add to a pot on the stove if necessary.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from LOVE my insinkerator hot water dispenser I have had my insinkerator hot water dispenser for one month now and Love the ease of use. I can now have tea instantly, no waiting for water to boil. I also enjoy a cup of hot water when weather is cool, that again comes instantaneously. An unanticipated plus was the ease of dissolving a boullion cube. I am sure that there will be many more pluses to come. My only concern is changing the filter when the time comes. I need to order more filters and am unsure how complex a procedure this will be.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Looks great, works even better. The arched design of this faucet is a perfect compliment to the arched sink faucet that it is paired with. It dispenses hot water instantly, as promised, and seemingly in much greater quantity than advertised. The directions were easy enough for me to install this unit myself. We have no complaints about this hot water tap. I would buy it again if we ever moved.

We moved out of state to a lovely new home and made a priority out of buying and installing a new one right away. We host a lot of people in our home love the convenience of making them tea, coffee, or other hot beverages on the spot. We also like that we can jump start the process of boiling water for cooking. It's a convenience that's well worth the investment.

There were no spare parts so the only choice was to buy a replacement that fit under the sink in the same place that my filter, pipes, etc, would allow. While they work they are great....only had this one for a few weeks and it appears to be sturdier. Won't believe its durability until I see it. Hope you got it right this time.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent customer service. As a replacement it was a breeze to install. My prior Insinkerator hot water dispenser and tank lasted about 7 years which bothered me. It should have lasted longer. I elected to upgrade to the higher output tank and a newer, higher quality nozzle. The removal and installation was simple and I am pleased i upgraded. The product works great and the faucet looks good plus I like the look and design of the 3300 over the 1100 it replaced.
