Worst cook top ever
I purchased this item with high hopes do not buy this thing. I'm yet to find a frying pan that will actually cook a steak in it. I've spent just as much on frypans has I have this hunk of junk. I called the manufacturers to ask what fry pan I could use that would actually get hot enough for me to cook a steak in “We arnt allowed to endorse any brand of fry pan”. So I have a new stove I can not cook a steak in or stir fry. I have to pull out a gas camp cooker to cook a steak in my brand new kitchen. How embarrassing.

What a lemon
First 3 ovens delivered were damaged in various ways. Hot air from oven vents out the side of the front oven door. The steam coming out has damaged our cabinetry. Technicians solution was to pull the oven away from the back wall, creating a 10cm gap between oven and splash back. The markings on the knobs wipe off when cleaning. This oven has been plagued with problems

Poor quality
Within a couple of months of use, the numbers on the control knobs had almost disappeared. I could wipe them off with my finger. We got a replacement set from the manufacturer. The same thing happened again. I would never buy this brand again.

Oven has broke twice in 1 year
The oven has broken twice in one year.
As the oven heats up the wired connection at the back deforms and the oven looses power or worse shorts the computer so the oven cant be turned back on.
The oven also vents out the front of the door and stains your cabinets.
The symbols on the knobs will wipe away if you try and clean them leaving u with no idea what setting the oven is on.
DO NOT BUY TIHS OVEN

Leaks steam - bad design inside of glass door
Steam leaks out of the bottom oven both top corners. Condenses and leave puddle on the floor each time. Belling replaced, second oven did same - replaced second time with a different brand. Shame the oven doesn’t work as it looks good. Don’t buy if you want to cook anything.

Terrible
Oven markings come off when cleaning them just with warm water. We got sent 2 sets of replacement knobs from the manufacturer and still the same issue with both. Light bulb has now died after less than a year. This oven is terrible, avoid it.

Great little cooker
i bought this to replace an old electric model, its small enough to fit in a grannyflat, one of the very few that includes an oven and grill, works perfectly, took a little time to get used to induction.
Controls are plastic, which i had concerns about, but never had any warping. would have liked 2 large panels in the front, but beggars cant be choosers.
Is very sturdy, only draw back is the oven at the bottom opens sideways instead of down

Good overall but read the reviews!
Overall a good oven and cooktop and a vast improvement over our previous Award oven. I wanted induction with physical controls and this oven is one of few that has this. Unfortunately, the markings on the knobs appear to be painted on and they’ve already started to wipe off.
-1 star for the knob issue
-1 Star because it took HN 5-6 weeks to deliver the oven despite their stock system saying they were in stock
