Induction is the way
we bought the 60cm freestanding cooker as we were getting rid of our gas cooktop (still finctioning, but just getting rid of gas from the home). There weren't many 60cm freestanding induction cookers on the market and this one was the most expensive. but glad we got it - heats up super quick on the hob and in the oven, the control is better than gas, and is very easy to clean.
lots of functions and cooking modes for the but we mainly use the fan, baking and pizza functions which cook everything as expected. and especially love the timing and auto-off functions.
We have had it for a year now, and no problems. Could give a 5-star, but in principle nothing is perfect but this comes close

Happy with oven but cooktop incredibly frustrating
Cooktop display is very hard to see. Also as it is on the top where the hot plates are it is very easy to accidentally touch which then sets off an alarm on the hot plate and causes it to stop working. This happens just about every day! If I try and wipe the hot plate area while cooktop is still on it again will start beeping and flashing and turn off. It’s also very annoying to turn down - not just a simple turn of a knob but instead it only goes down in half increments quite slowly.
I really do not understand why a cooktop would have such a sensitive sensor display that goes off so easily. Would never buy again as it does not make for a pleasant cooking experience.

Ticks almost all the boxes
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this cooker a couple of months ago (Sept. 2023) and I have been extremely happy with the product. Nice clean lines, fast and efficient to use and easy to clean. BUT as I have read in other reviews the symbols on the front display are almost impossible to see. Really Bosch?? Your reputation for top quality is unquestionable but you have dropped the ball badly here. Surely it would be very simple to have the symbols LED back lit when the oven control is activated. I would have definitely given 5 stars but for this poor presentation.

Really bad design
It's been 3 years since I"ve brought this oven and this is very annoying to use. Like if you put a pan near the temperature adjustment then the whole system will start to beep annoyingly. And sometimes you can't adjust the temperature once the pots start cooking so you have to shift the pot like remove it completely from the induction stove in order to adjust the temperature to put it back in...like what kind of design is this? And it's not easy to quickly switch to hot and cold like you have to keep on pressing + + + - - - to get the desired temperature, whoever designed this did not think about how to make it user friendly.

Very fast cooking
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had the cooker just over one month now.
Oven is very efficient, and I really like the red line that indicates how much it has to go to get to full heat. Also found a setting in which the cake I regularly cook doesn't burn on top!
The stovetop is amazingly quick to heat up the pot or saucepan, so much so that I have had to adjust my cooking method to prepping all that's going into a frypan before I turn on the cooktop.
My only criticism to date (apart from the learning curve I'm having to go through!) is that the labels on the stovetop are a little hard to read as they are light grey against a black background.

Good features, let down by poor design
The oven offers precise temperature control and many pre-programmed options.
The basic oven controls are easy to use. It's hard to use the timier and programming controls unless you kneel on the floor.
The induction hotplates offer precise power control.
The hotplate controls are safely located in front of the hotplates. They are hard to see, and would not suit anyone with low vision.
It can take 15 seconds to turn a hotplate down from meximum (9) to minimum (1). You must first press and hold a button to select the cooking zone. Then for each half-step of heat reduction you must press and hold the "-" button.

Bosch Induction Cooker
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After finally selecting our new freestanding stove we unfortunately due to lack of stock we had to wait 4 months for our stove to arrive and boy are we glad we selected this particular model! The induction hob is fantastic and I believe the heat adjustment( all sensor touch) is actually quicker and more sensitive than gas.
The oven is so efficient and easy to use and it also has the pyrolitic feature to make cleaning so much easier which is exactly what we wanted. Expecting years of great, reliable use which you expect from any product made by Bosch!

Loved it
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, I have loved it for over a year. I don't need an air fryer with this. It bakes brilliantly. Love the stove top. It defrosts frozen hard meat perfectly. Easy to clean. My only complaint is only one hob w/o any others in use has the "power" mode. My last induction stove had "power" on all four hobs at once, but it died just after the warranty ran out. I was hoping the Bosch would be more of a lifetime product, but it has died after 1yr 4mo. on a Saturday morning!! Extended warrenty was highly recommended by the service installer.
