Fantastic OvenI LOVE this oven, so much room on the cooktop for multiple pots and pans. The grills on top are very heavy and solid. Love the storage underneath for the grill tray if I'm not using them. The telescopic arms are so handy for heavy pans and also for checking on food. The cook is even, no rotating dishes all the time. About to try the proof and steam function today for baking some bread. What I especially love is the timer and the cook timer. I can set a cook time and a timer for checking or adding additional incredients or removing items. Very very happy and it looks GREAT in my kitchen matching my baclk appliances and fittings.

Very expensive scrap metalWe bought a previous version of this oven several years ago. Within a few months we noticed the clock gained a minute or 2 a day & the pizza cooking mode suddenly dropped temp mid-cook, but could work around those things. But then outside of warranty the soft-close door hinges failed requiring a $650 fix. And then most disappointing of all the bottom metal plate inside the oven developed rust holes. This was an area where no abrasion or sliding of trays/racks occurs and yet Electrolux response was that "rust will form anywhere within the oven". Well I've not seen that in any other oven - not even old-school models.

very happy[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this just over a month ago to replace a smaller wall oven. I had commented to neighbours that I was researching and they highly recommended the Electrolux which had been recommended to them by family so they in turn bought it. I purchased the EFEP916DSE and I am very pleased . It is easy to select programs and the ignition which some have an issue with is easy. Once ignited ease off button enough to stop igniter striking, hold for 5-10 seconds then release fully. ( If you release with igniter going then the flame goes out ) love how much we can cook all at once compared to my Old oven / cooktop and is so easy to clean

Took almost a month to have a fully functional cookerI bought this just over a month ago and was shocked to find on delivery/installation day that the item delivered to me was faulty. Wok burner was faulty amongst other issues like a missing smart food probe. Took almost a month to resolve faulty wok burner which involves having to take the whole cooktop apart to replace faulty part. Such a disappointing experience. Never imagined that after paying so much, I would end up receiving a faulty item that has already had to be dismantled to make fully functional. Not to mention the hours I had to waste with calls, emails and service visit.

So pleased with my Ultimate Taste 500 Oven and Gas top stove[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This oven stove is amazing! The different size gas burners means I can use all my different sized saucepans at once!! Finally I can get all my dishes cooked and served on time. The oven operations are so easy to follow and is as easy as an app to use. The size of the oven means I can have so many dishes cooking at once for our extended family dinners. Would highly recommend this product if you want to feel like a real chef!!

A stylish modern freestanding cookerI have owned this oven now for over 6 months and it has been great. Nice even heating and we use the airfryer function more frequently than I thought we would. I love the look and the interface is easy to navigate (once you have learnt it). The cooktop is great too, cleans up nicely and can get very hot for stir fry. I have had the flame extinguished while trying to simmer on a very low setting which was frustrating. Overall I would highly recommend this cooker.

Love itI have had this oven for just over a year now and I love it. I needed an oven I could use more than burning at a time for big posts and frypans and space to have a few things going at once. We have a family of 10 when we are all together and its made Christmas and general cooking a breeze. Love the timer and cook time, turns itself off (even managed a pavlova which I forgot about and it was perfect as the time turned it off at the end of cooking)...

Terrible ServiceI purchased this product in December and within weeks rust had developed on the cooktop. I have requested that Electrolux either replace it or repair it, but they have informed me that it is my problem and not under warranty. It has taken 2 months to get this response from them. Absolutely disgusted with their attitude and totally disappointed with the product. Definitely do NOT recommend this product.
