Good oven
It has a heavy foot but guessing that is because of the glazing. Soft close door is a nice addition. Love the drawer to store things underneath. A large flat tray would have been a good addition to sell with it. 2 of the wires were not connected to the racks but I told HN and they arranged replacements.
