Terrible to use
This oven is a total pain. The solid elements are messy and black dust comes off them all the time. Also they take ages to cool down so once something is boiling you have to take it off the element. Very heavy, I cannot pull it out to clean around it. The oven bakes well, the separate grill drawer is ok but makes the oven very low, lots of low bending getting stuff in and out.

Low low quality
We had one supplied to us and the oven has serious short-Cummings. 1st it has no warming draw, 2nd the grill draw is light weight with no floor. 3rd the timer doesn’t always work. 4th the oven is at ground level making it dangerous to operate.

Does Harvey Norman offer an electrician to install as well as deliver, and to remove the old unit. We are overseas and this is a rental property?
Another great question! While we can arrange delivery, installation, and removal if required, additional charges apply for these services. Costs vary by product type and job requirements and we do not have these, as each store can use different providers to support their area. Does this have a 3-phase plug, or does it require 'wiring' into the wall?
Thanks for your question Andrew. The cooker is to be wired into the wall, and manufactured to work with three-phase alternating current (380-415V 3N~50Hz). All electrical work should be carried out by a suitably qualified and authorised electrician, to comply with local and national regulations. Install instructions are included. Trust this helps! ^CO
