Design flaw
Unfortunately, I'm returning this appliance after experiencing problems with the side power sockets. There is a design flaw where the power socket is attached to the unit with a single internal screw. Each time you insert a plug into the socket it works the internal screw loose until it pops out. Once that happens, the power sockets become unusable. Both power sockets failed within 24h of installation in the first unit I had. Harvey Norman replaced the unit and the same power socket issue has happened in the replacement unit after using the socket about 10 times.
It's a shame because the oven and cooktop has been great otherwise.

Good basic oven
Good quality freestanding oven, only problem so far is the oven is not vented and moisture accumulates inside and drips into the drawer below as it cools

Good low cost oven
Nice little oven, only thing I didn't notice when looking online was that it doesn't have fan bake. This is ok though as standard bake is good.
