Rated 5 out of 5 by Kathy from Love almost everything about my lovely new oven [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Particularly love the rapid heat feature great for scones a batch of quick biscuits, and the base heat for making bread last 10 mins baking gives a beautiful crust, very handy power points on side just love everything about it after having gas for many years easy to see switches instead of being above the oven door very hard to read my last one.only one thing is slightly annoying, the timer, I could do without the function that turns the oven off at end of time, need to press it twice to set time, always in a hurry and get the wrong one, have never used the turn off one

Rated 2 out of 5 by China from The oven is not satisfactory [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This oven was installed in January 2026 Everything works well except the oven The oven is not as hot as it should be by about 20 degrees My wife is going nuts because the oven is not working properly I’ve had the service guys out and they replaced the thermostat and it’s still no good I’ve tested it with a temp gauge and it cycles 22 degrees below the 220 it should be We’ve emailed and not heard back We need it replaced because it’s not fit for purpose

Was initially super excited as I'd had enough of repairs & problems with my very old oven. There are features I love - rapid heat & the different options on stove top for cooking. However not so impressed with uneven baking so far. I bake very regularly which was a big reason I purchased a new oven anyway. I had to order a 3rd rack to accommodate baking but am finding whether I use fan bake (always used previously) or traditional bake. I need to swap the trays around to get evenly baked biscuits & cakes. Does a great roast though! Overall would still recommend but with a warning that this could be a problem. The only other negative was no fast start & use guide. Absolutely everything has to accessed on line

I was wrong, nice looking stove cooks well and elements fast to heat up but some of the elements within the first few days of use, almost look like raindrop stained / delaminating under the glass and the top is hard to keep smear free. Otherwise we are happy with this stove.

I bake a lot and found it to be very “true” when it comes to recipe temps and timings etc. As long as you follow directions for the cleaning, particularly the hob, it is very easy to keep looking nice and clean. All over, very pleased with my purchase. Thank you.

The top surface is very easy to clean with lots if options of rings for different sizes. The oven cooks evenly and I like the quick heat option if you want to heat the oven up fast. Is this oven hard wired only or can it incorporate a 32A plug and socket that we currently use with our Fisher

Hi Kris, this oven is designed to be hardwired rather than plugged in. It doesn’t come set up for a 32A plug and socket, so it will need an electrician to connect it directly to your power supply rather than using your existing plug setup.
