It has basic features, was a great price and fits perfectly where I wanted it. I gave it four stars as the elements take a long time to heat up unless they are fairly high and there is no heating in what has been considered a warming draw. It suits me for cooking baking and grilling with a good size oven to fit a roasting pan. Also has side plugs which suit for toaster etc.

Hoping this last longer than the more expensive model we had that the element heat controls kept braking down with option of full on or off. Giving a second chance to brand and hoping the flaw isn't in this one. Otherwise a good stock standard option if you don't want to spend extra on things you don't really need.

Do the elements remove for cleaning

Thanks for your question Gerald. Yes, these Radiant elements are removable so the spillage bowls can be removed for cleaning. To remove: 1. Make sure elements are cold. 2. Lift up the edge of the element across from the terminal end just enough to clear the edge of the spillage bowl. 3. Gently slide the element out of the terminal plug and set aside. 4. Lift the spillage bowl up and out. 5. Wash the spillage bowl(s) in warm soapy water. Trust this helps!

Is this a plug in freestanding stove?

Thanks for the great question. This freestanding stove is fitted with a power outlet at each end of the control panel. The outlets are protected by a replaceable high breaking capacity 15 amp fuse located at the rear of the product. Hope this helps!
