Rated 3 out of 5 by from The oven Overall, I’m disappointed with this stove. The elements are slow to heat up, the oven is slow also to heat up and baking takes longer than my previous 30 year old stove. The double glassed oven door is diabolical to clean as spillages occur between the open panes of glass. They are time consuming to clean and definitely a design fault. There wasn’t a woman in sight when that door was designed. The doesn’t lock when you’re cleaning the stove, and actually, the list goes on. I’d never recommend this stove.

I can set the timer so oven turns off automatically which I love. Cooks perfectly and baking comes out nice and evenly cooked. Very happy with purchase

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointed Purchased July 2025 after having other brand for 30yrs + but they stopped producing the model I wanted. Am disappointed mainly with how hot the top white enamel gets when using elements. Would almost be classed a safety hazard. Could almost cook on the enamel around the element. Sold a lot of this model when I worked in retail and never had this complaint . Slower to heat up both top elements and inside elements Do like the strength of the door compared to the other model.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great temperature control [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this oven late last year, and it has been great for temperature control, especially the fan forced bake and grill features. One of the temperature knobs for the oven broke off within a month of using it and it was still under warranty, so fixed right away. The only thing that I don't like about cleaning is that food can get stuck between the two glass pieces.

When I was looking for a replacement cooker it had to be of a solid construction, easy clean and simple to use all at an affordable price. The cooker has "lived up" to our expectations and I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone especially landlords.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I replaced my old freestanding cooker with the same model but slightly improved from my last one and find I am so happy with it and love using the various functions on offer especially the Fan Bake for baking - only drawback is there is no light in the oven when in use which would be the "icing on the cake" so to speak but all in all I love it!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Be extra careful with the cook top! We replaced our 25yr old Fisher & Paykel with this unit in early December 2024 and although it functions well and looks good. There is a major safety issue with it, as the white surface surrounding the 4 elements get extremely hot. We found this out when wiping up a spill and I got a nasty burn on a finger tip. This surprise has made us very cautious now while using this unit and we find it hard to believe that a manufacturer could produce a product like this and not be aware of such a serious issue. My lifespan of 75yrs has seen me use many different cooking appliances from all around the world and this unit currently is in my opinion, the worst. Keep little children away from it at all times and use with extreme caution, as it can bite you and will catch out the unsuspecting user. It is unbelievable that a product like this with such a flaw in design has been released for retail sales.

Thanks for your question. Yes, we can arrange delivery, installation, and removal for your old machine if required. Additional charges apply for this service. Please note, the online delivery cost does not include installation and removal of old machine. Unfortunately we do not have the costs as each store uses different third party providers. We suggest to call or visit your nearest Harvey Norman branch directly and our helpful staff will be able provide a quote for this services.
