Why your rangehood has to be perfect[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We needed a new oven and induction stove. It was fun to search and decide what the best ones were for us. The rangehood became a bit of an afterthought as the oven and stove were really the items we were after. But we learned that a good rangehood is quite important. As our stove is not near an ouside wall, the rangehood had to be sufficiently powerful to make certain the fumes go outside. This 'intelligent' rangehood does the job perfectly and gets rid of any fumes. It can be linked automatically to the stove or operated manually.

Converted by Induction[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased an AE 80cm SaphirMatt 5 Zone induction cook top and integrated range hood as part of a major kitchen renovation. Having previously used gas I was initially apprehensive about switching to electric induction especially after some less than satisfactory experiences overseas staying at rental properties with very basic induction cooktops and possibly poorly wired. However, the AEG unit is a delight to use, being much faster and cleaner than gas. The cooktop surface is a breeze to clean and its mat surface always looks good as it doesn't show fingerprints. The individual timer function for the heated zones is most helpful when the required cooking time is known and can be set.

Looks great![This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been using my rangehood for the last few months. It looks good and the light is nice and bright. It has been great until the other day. I was cooking Lemon Curd and because there was so much steam from pot (even with fan on) it started dripping water into my Curd. Not Happy! It seems the sponge absorbed and when it full it just starting dripping. I have been making Curd for the past 30 years in 8 different houses and have never had this happen before. Very disappointed.

Discreet but powerful[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For our kitchen renovation we wanted a very, clean simple aesthetic. All of our appliances are integrated so it made sense to get a rangehood to match. I love that I am able to have my overhead cabinets all matching and creating a clean line instead of a bulky rangehood in the middle. The light is strong and the different power levels are more than sufficient. I rarely go past the first level.

SLEEK RANGEHOOD[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am happy with this AEG rangehood. It is quiet even on the higher fan speed and connects to my induction Electrolux rangehood. The strip light is bright and is an improvement on the downlights in the other models. I purchased when AEG/ Electrolux had a 10 year warranty, with gives me peace of mind if anything goes wrong in the future
