Perfect replacement rangehood[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Loving our new rangehood. So quiet comoared with our old one that died a year over the warranty, it wasnt a f&p but was recommended because of its low operating noise levels which was rubbish even the cheap nasty ones were quieter.
This rangehood is quiet fits our space perfectly was easy to install and looks great.

Slightly painful install, but otherwise great[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Was a bit painful to install as the top bracket fits against the wall and we have an architrave so had to make an alternate solution (nut and bolt where the two fitting parts of the chimney come together in the middle). That being said, happy with its look and operation so far, no problems.
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive. Some goods may take longer to deliver if a product is currently not in stock. A staff member will contact you where this occurs.

If you feel your product has failed a Consumer Guarantee (as defined by New Zealand Consumer Law) then don't worry you can easily return it to your local Harvey Norman store. Hi.
I’m replacing an existing rangehood the F&P HC60PLX4. The space between what will be the bottom edge of the unit and the bottom of the existing through-wall ducting hole is 280mm. Is that enough space to install this unit or is a higher hole needed?

Thanks for your question Patrick. For ducted installation it is recommended that 150mm diameter, rigid or semi-rigid ducting is used. This will require a 160 mm (min) round hole in the ceiling or wall. Hope this helps with your query.
