Disappointing Performance
Purchased this 9 months ago and immediately noticed the lack of extraction and noise when used at all of the extractor speeds. 8 months in and a bolt came loose and we needed a service person to come in and repair it. Well, now it performs even worse - the cupboard shakes and the noise is even louder. Not a great product. Would not recommend. I am hoping that Harvey Norman will take this product back and perhaps we can upgrade the product to something more functional.
