Thanks for your question. The instructions state the lower edge of the unit must be a minimum of 600mm (650mm for gas cooker) above the cooking range, and 650mm above hotplates. Once height is established, the installer can place the hook which will accommodate the width and weight of the unit. Any installation work must be carried out by a qualified electrician or competent qualified person. ^CO

What carbon filters does this use (for recirculation option) and what does a pack of 2 filters cost?

Thanks for your question Maic! This model accepts the RHCF115 Charcoal Filters. These can't be ordered online, so you will need to check with your local Harvey Norman store directly, and they can advise pricing, as these are subject to change over time. Hope this helps! ^CO
