Rated 1 out of 5 by from Good unit only if it works We used this for one year, the touch switch panels are very sensitive and stops functioning very often. It doesn’t respond to on and off function due to loose connections. We had service agent come in 4 times in 9 months to fix it and same thing keeps happening. Very disappointed however, we love the power and overall operation of the unit. Very satisfied with that. Only the touch screen panel annoys us when it stops responding.
