Rated 1 out of 5 by from Scrapeator We brought a new build property which included a Robinhood scrapeater. In 6 years we have had 2 replacements and now the 3rd has broken down. The supplier says they done now warrant it as its been more than the original warranty period! I would not recommend this product unless you just want it to last 18 months.

Hi, I can't find a SE390QA. Has this model been phased out? If yes, what is a replacement model that will fit the same sinkhole?

Thanks for your question Ravi. Yes, the SE390QA has been phased out. The base level model is now the SEN500QA. It will differ both in mouth size and physical size to your existing unit, so we highly recommend contacting or visiting your closest store, and they can provide some options to you more in line with the current space available. Is this unit compatible to the earlier model SE390QA as in can I swap units and attach onto my sink-hole without modification?

How do I install the disposer?

Thanks for your question. Installation instructions will be included with the unit as well as available through the Robinhood website. If you are unfamiliar with your undersink plumbing, we recommend enquiring with your local store, and they can recommend installers in your area who can assist.
