Don’t waste your money
These LG ThinQ driers are the biggest pieces of crap I have ever used. They ball sheets up so it’s difficult to unravel them and the insides aren’t dry - they take forever to complete a dry cycle - I mean up to 7 hrs!! - and when they’re done - the load isn’t dry. There is no option to ignore their preset programs. It was expensive and it fails miserably at doing the one thing a tumble drier should do! Dry the darn clothes! Save yourself a whole heap of frustration and stick to the old school driers that actually do the job and well. And if you think I’m being dramatic - just type in LG ThinQ driers reviews into google - and you’ll see everything I’ve mentioned has been the same complaints as other users. The got the consistency right - consistently BAD!

It takes over 6 hours to dry my clothes i am so disappointed in my dryer and wish I never purchased the heat pump dryer
