Worst machine ever.If I could give negative stars, I would do that. We have had ENDLESS problems with this machiine from the outsest. Constant alarming, the service man has been out approximately every month. Needs to have the filters changed after every cycle. Now the motherboard has died. COMPLETE waste of money. zero stars. Never again Miele.

Best tumble dryer we have owned in over 35 yearsSo impressed with our new tumble dryer.
If I have one criticism, which actually turns out to be a good thing, is the number of times the machine tells us to clean the filters - in convenient on time, but an absolutely a necessary task and actually we love that the tumble dryer forces us to keep it cleaned.

Excellent drying results which costs less energy to achieve and I would recommend.So glad I made the decision to buy this model to replace my old Miele tumble dryer which despite its 20+ years, still worked nut not as economical to run.
This model is outstanding in its results with respect to less creasing and tangled items, Drying takes longer but is costing much less to run.

Dissappointed with Miele from
heat pump dryer is terribleI purchased this heat pump dryer one year ago. Almost every other drying cycle sets of the F066 alarm. As it is under warranty, the mother board and motor were replaced last month. The F066 alarm is again acting up. Don't buy this machine.
