Fabulous dryer
I bought this dryer a week ago. I was worried about reviews concerning bed linen going into a ball and needing multiple cycles in the dryer. I washed bed linen and doona cover and put everything in dryer. I did check mid cycle and rearranged linen but it all came out dry at the end of the cycle. There are so many cycles to choose from and easy to use. I love the quietness of dryer.

Extremely poor drying and a nightmare with sheets
I really wished I took note of the other reviews. Honestly one of the worst products I've ever purchased/used. It should be illegal for any business to sell products that just don't do what they're supposed to. The dryer is super difficult to use / select the correct drying intensity and time. Drying sheets is impossible, as there is no setting or scenario where the sheets don't get balled up into a really tight ball (one sheet, or many). You'll have to stop the dryer every ten minutes or so to take everything out, unwind, then put everything back in. Ten minutes, you'll need to do the same thing again. Even drying smaller items isn't great. Anything with a pull cord (eg: hoodie) will get caught in the lint filter (it has a series of triangles in the plastic) and again, will twist into a tight ball. This is a very poor product.

Quiet and efficient dryer
We purchased this condenser dryer a month ago and so far is working OK. It took a few days to figure out the right settings to make sure the clothes are as dry as desired. But the appliance was easy to install, straightforward to use and very quiet. It is also very economical on space. Hope it lasts as long as its predecessor did.
