Good design and funtion
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Heat pump dryers go beyond traditional dryers which produce annoying fog and cold air, damage clothes by shrinking them and make loud noises that you cannot tolerate. This samsung dryer is all oposite the above. Its a heat pump so it does not produce unwated air that eventuallu ends up fogging your laundry. Its is gentle on the laundry so goodbye to shrinking your favourite clothes. Lastly you never hear a sound of it because they have designed it to me quiet when it operates

It's fine. Buy on sale, not at full price.
It's fine I suppose. I would have expected the drying ability for such a large dryer to far exceed that of a 4kg vented dryer, but it takes a minimum of 4 hours to do a medium size (two people) load of laundry. And be aware that if you don't have it connected to a drain, you will likely have to empty the drain tank before the load is fully dry.

Excellent product

It drys our clothes effectively using multiple program cycles, we choose the one appropriate for the clothes and it achieves the result. It does not shrink clothes like traditional dryers because its a heat pump. Its not spending too much electricity. We hang it on the wall over our washing machine and it looks nice. The extra Smart features are a gimmick and doubt ill ever use them but as a dryer, its an excellent product

Dries Well and Energy Efficient!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This dryer does a great job overall. Clothes come out dry but not overheated, and the heat pump technology definitely helps with energy savings. I really like the smart features — being able to get notifications on my phone is super handy. It's also fairly quiet and looks sleek alongside my washer. Gave it 4 stars because the drying cycles can be a bit long compared to traditional dryers, but that’s expected with heat pump models.

It completely dries our clothes, leaves them crispy wrinkless which makes it easy to iron them afterwards. Its the perfect dryer

Then i read that heat pump dryers are the newest dryers in the market. I bought this one because its smart. All the problems in my old one are non existant in this one. It works perfect and looks visually appealing. Its silent, it drys clothes quicly, it doesnt do any condensation, its the perfect dryer

Because this is a heat pump dryer , it does not cause on condensation on the walls. It uses less electricity than a normal dryer because of the heat pump tech, can confirm our power bill is lower now . It fits on top of our washing machine with a special accessory and they both look good together.
