Love this dryer – it’s a game changer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung 9kg heat pump dryer is honestly amazing. It dries everything perfectly without frying your clothes, and it’s super quiet too. The best part? I’ve got it linked with my Samsung washer, and it actually recommends the right drying cycle based on what I just washed – like, how cool is that?
You can also control it from the SmartThings app, which is super handy, and it sends you a notification when it’s done. No more guessing or checking 10 times.
Seriously makes laundry so much easier. 10/10.

Serious issues
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had this dryer for a few years. It does dry the clothes very well but there are a few issues with this machine. The heat exchanger gathers a lot of lint and is difficult to clean and at times gathers moisture and occasionally mould growth occurs. Just recently a clunking sound has developed and seems to occur on every revolution of the drum which may indicate something loose or worn on the drum drive. Drier does function very economically and averages around 1 kwh per cycle.

Suitable for busy family

The multiple cycles programmed in the machine gives a lot of flexibility to choose the right drying cycle for the fabric type. The reduced noice level ensures a peaceful laundry day so we could use it day or night. In addition, the energy savimg features allow you to reduce your bills. This is definetly a suitable choice for a busy family

It works extremely well as clothes come out dry and free from wrinkles. The machine has a variety of settings for all types of clothing you could think of and all have been to my satisfaction. The bath towels are easy to dry and come out so fluffy. Would definetly recommend this home appliance as its efficient and totally worth the money

Great features of AI mode and Smart System!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a week ago and have used it for 2 times. Amazingly that the duration took to dry my clothes has made no difference to the traditional dryer and even faster than it. The end results are even better than the traditional dryer. I don't need to worry to open the windows or door to ensure ventilation because with a condenser unit, it accumulates water during the drying cycle. A+++ for not to worry too much moisture in the laundry or in the house. Another A+++ is I can leave home without worrying about the security ( as all doors and windows are shut). Additional A+++ is AI mode in the machine itself can help to detect all type of clothes and determine the drying level. Plus, you can monitor the drying using your smartphone!!!

My last heat pump dryer took forever to dry things, but this one dries in a very reasonable time compared to my previous one. It super easy easy to clean the condenser filter. It is nice to have a heat pump dryer that dries first cycle and not having to run another cycle like my old one.

Not that its a bad product as it does exactly what samsung advertise it to do. Its has smart features that others dont have and the heat pump is a nice technology and drys our clothes fine. If only samsung can fix the power consumption and noise , i would rate it 5 star.

We got it for a good price and has so much value, we love it , and its good looking too. Its easy to clean for both drum and filter and has smart features that we are enjoying
