Very Reliable, Easy to use Washing Machine[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My 11kg front loader Fisher & Paykel washing machine which I have had now for a few years has not let me down, I love how many different cycle options are available and that you can customise the wash to your preference & the type of items you are washing. I wash everything from clothes, shoes, hats, toys & blankets - can even fit quilts in my machine and does an amazing job, items come out thoroughly clean.
I would recommend this washing machine to anyone who does a lot of washing, I do at least 2 loads per day & I've never had an issue, it's also so easy to use that even my husband quite often offers to put on a load, now that's win!

Smart but Smells[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Moved from a top to front loader. Love the technology but these machines don't breathe well. My clothes smell if left too long, and then the smell in the clothes is hard to remove. My F&P top loaders were much more forgiving for a busy family when you want to put a load on before bed or before work. Like all the technology on this machine, auto dosing, and integration with my phone. However, quite a bit more maintenance for me as having to do drum cleans often and I'm on tank water so can't use any harsh chemicals to clean the machine.

Auto Dosing Problem[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Offers many functions and variations on cycles, however the biggest ongoing problem is the detergent/softener drawer which regulates the auto dosing. Even when you regularly clean the drawer it still clogs up and fills up with water some how ?? For probably the last 6 months or so now I’ve been using the manual dose top up at the back of the drawer and still it fills the detergent drawer with water even though it has no detergent in there. Auto dosing should be a good feature and was one of the primary reasons I bought the washer but has been problematic from the outset. I do like Fisher & Paykel as a reputable brand, but Auto dosing is a complete dud.

Easy install, smart and intuitive washer![This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our first F&P machine, we always used Bosch previously. So far loving the huge drum, auto-dosing detergent and softener feature and the remote notifications and controls. Easy to install and set-up smart feature ourselves and in general lovely machine to use. Clothes come out fresh and truly clean! Add garment button also a very handy feature. Delay start was a little less intuitive to navigate but once the washer learns your preferred settings and that delayed start after bedtime it’s great!

You won’t be disappointed with this washer,I have never owned a front loader before and am pleasantly surprised by this little gem. It holds ally of laundry-11kg capacity- and washes the clothes well without damaging them. It has a wide variety of load types and the auto dispensing of the laundry liwuid has meant no more white marks on my washed clothes from over use of laundry liquid. The clothes are so well spun out they dry quickly. The water and power efficiency has been a pleasant surprise, no lint on the clothes and you can interrupt the wash to add more clothes if you like. It never gets out of balance like my top loader did, it looks fantastic and matches the dryer. I only wish I had upgraded early and glad I didn’t go with the Bosch my friend recommended. Mine is so much better than hers.

Fantastic, great quality machine[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this machine for a few months now and it certainly hasn’t disappointed me. I had a ‘European’ brand prop and it was nothing but trouble. The F&P machine is huge and is fantastic for a family of 2 adults, 3 teens and a younger child - who all love training and playing sports. I’m very impressed with the washing options and love the delay function which makes my days more organised as I delay start time so a load finishes just when I wake up in the morning. Love it

Intuitive and intelligent![This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A beautiful machine! Loving the specialised cycles such as ultra delicate and hand wash, and the towels and bedding cycles. Haven’t tried the Steam Refresh yet; waiting for the right garment to try this cycle with. Also very grateful for the auto dosing function; I filled it up when it was installed two weeks ago and have done multiple loads without having to refill it; bliss! Paired with the app, this has been a long-desired and much-loved purchase. Highly recommended!!
