Very pleased.Our third Miele washing machine. The one this replaced was built in 1998 and had reached the end of its economic life now in 2025, having served a family of 5. So, when it came to a replacement, Miele was our preferred way to go.
Many of the controls are familiar to us except that they are now touch screen. We particularly like the delay timer to use cheaper rate night time electricity. The 9KG capacity means that we can do less frequent washes.
Overall very pleased with our purchase.

miele warrantythis is our second miele washing machine and although we cannot fault the washing machine my wife and i think 2 years free warranty is not enough for a well engineered machine,we could have bought a cheaper one with a longer warranty but we stuck with miele because you cannot beat them, our last machine had a ten year warranty with no problems for 16 years,miele should rethink there warranty for there machines.

Really sorry it took me so long to purchase my MEILE washing machine.Love my MIELE washing machine. Have had several brands in the UK over the last 50 years but nothing came close to the quality of my MIELE.
Besides good looks, the weight of the machine makes it highly stable. I cannot recommend a MEILE washing machine and wish I had been able to afford one when I was younger. A real pleasure to use.

Fantastic, I would recommend Miele products.This washing machine is great, Miele machines really last, I have replaced a broken machine which we had had about 15 years and the service engineer said it was close to the number of washes they do when testing for 20 years. The machine linked to the app easily and is washing my clothes great.
