smart capacity[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very modern and premium washer. Make sure you have enough space for proper installation given this is a big washer. Definitely recommend to read through the manual before use to understand the full extent of the smart features. Although a short learning curve is there in the beginning (esp coming from a non-smart washing machine), it is definitely worth it once you understand the capabilities of taking out all the guess work from water levels and detergent given its AI capabilities. Overall highly recommended if you need to have a huge capacity.

consistent[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This washing machine is loaded with tech features, it has a touch screen with phone connectivity. It can work out the optimum amount of water and washing liquid to use based on how many clothes you put in which is really useful. It can fit all my weeks worth of washing in one load and has a good variety of washing options (if you want to make sure you are doing the right washing cycle for specific materials). Overall good machine and relatively quiet for its size.

Smart large washer[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ultra large capacity front load washer that I'd recommend for you as well if you have a big family or just have big washing needs like we do. This washer can handle quite a few blankets and your normal washing needs at the same time. Still getting over the fact that I don't need to measure washing liquid anymore and that this AI washer can figure out just how much of the liquid is needed. Still lots for me to learn with all the functionalities.

weekly use[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Dramatically reduced the amount of washes I needed to do weekly. 19.5KG was perfect for me with. Washer has really good spin cycle where it feels almost dry when it's time to hang. Be aware that some of the advanced wash and steam cycles may take longer than the basic washes. Does take time figuring out how to use the app integration and how necessary it is .. but still quite handy and probably just takes time for me to get used to.

Capacity for the future[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Good washer with new smart tech features. This has huge capacity and can do a lot of the things I'd normally scratch my head at when my wife asks me to take care of the laundry. I can leave it up to AI to figure out how much water and detergent is needed for what I have put in. 19.5kg may have been a bit too big for our family of 3 ... but I guess I'm set for the future should our family continue to grow.

Best upgrade[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've used my old Haier washing machine for 10 years, finally broke down. Using this Samsung washer feels like a night and day difference. Soo many tech upgrades, notably the AI detergent dispenser. So handy, now no need to be a rocket scientest to figure out the optimal liquid amounts. Clothes and blankets come up very fluffy. Really satisfied with this purchase.

wish i upgraded sooner[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I regret not upgrading to this washer sooner. It has huge capacity and even has AI functions integrated to provide smart wash cycles, and energy cycles that are making sure my clothes not only come out clean but also maintains its softness. As someone what gets anxiety over what specific temperature to wash certain clothes, this washer is a game changer.

Smart[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The flat design looks really sharp, but it’s the AI cycle I actually use most. I threw in a heap of muddy gear last weekend and just let it do its thing it adjusted the wash time automatically and everything came out spotless. It’s super quiet, too. Just docking a star because the touch controls are a bit sensitive if you accidentally brush past them.
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive. Some goods may take longer to deliver if a product is currently not in stock. A staff member will contact you where this occurs.
