Rated 1 out of 5 by Md2016 from Terrible Brought this machine a year ago after sales rep recommended it instead of a Bosch that we were going to buy we have had nothing but trouble it lies about how long a cycle will take and the noise has gone from bad to worse now sounding like a plane taking off the steam function is terrible doesn't refresh your clothes and it wouldn't surprise me if it eventually burst into flames will never buy this brand again nor listen to a sales reps advice. Complete waste of money avoid at all costs. we have since brought a new Westinghouse.
