Rated 3 out of 5 by from Average washing machine Depending on the size of your load it can take a very long time to complete the cycle (even on express) for example if you don’t put much in there it gets confused and has to rebalance by adding more water and it can do this multiple times which makes the process even longer. In addition, if you put too much in there it gets confused once again and won’t spin and has to be manually rebalanced (after it’s tried to rebalance itself numerous times) I’ve had to take clothes out and just get it to spin the load and then put the ones I’ve taken out back in there to spin by themselves. At the end of the day, it washes the clothes it can just be very temperamental and takes a long time. I much preferred my old 7kg Fisher and Paykal.

Only complaint is that it leaves white marks on our black clothes, especially with larger loads. Other reviews say similar things. We’ve tried different detergents but these white streaks are relentless. They come off fast with a damp cloth but still such an inconvenience. Best washing machine we’ve had in regards to reliability and function though.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from horrible I bought this machine in Aug 2022 & hated it from day one, DO NOT WASH BLACK OR DARK CLOTHES IN IT AS THEY COME OUT LOOKING FILTHY WITH LOTS OF FLUFF & SOAP SCUM EVEN IF WASHED ON THEIR OWN. Wash cycles are so slow in between cycles, wash, spin. The machine is dirty inside after full wash cycle & seems to hold the dirty water at the below the wash tub. Putting the machine on to clean the tub uses hot water only & takes 2hrs which I cannot afford the cost of power to do it so I try to rinse it by hose.

Considering the machine is 18 months old it is very frustrating and disappointing. Regret not spending a bit more and getting a decent machine

I have noticed though, when the load is finished the detergent tray is opened and still has detergent in compartment, when removing clothing, the clothing then gets covered in the detergent, due to movement.

The operation is simple and the options for different loads is quite extensive. I like how the machine goes back to the basic settings after each load. The operation of the appliance is very quiet. I am impressed that the clothes come out of a high spin cycle without being tangled and extremely creased as I have found with washing machine machines in the past. Because I am unable to hang clothes on a line I use a dryer and the efficiency of the high spin without the creasing and tangling makes it much easier to shorten the drying time. Overall, I am extremely impressed with this affordable and efficient product
