Great so far!!!
Very happy with my new washer! Very straight forward to use and quiet. No agitator is much gentler on the clothes and you can fit more into the bowl, and it doesn’t get out of balance! Hooray!
Clothes are very fresh and clean and the spin is very effective, so cuts done on drying time. Loving it so far, hoping it will last longer than my previous washers of a different brand, with a high volume of family washing : )

Worthy of your hard earned money.
Fantastic machine. Really happy with the overall design (wide barrel is chef's kiss!), features (lint catcher being inside on the barrel is so handy!), cycle times (quick enough - just under an hour), noise level (pretty quiet, low noise travel through adjoining rooms when spinning), and ultimately - the outcome of the wash and spin (clean and spun dry enough to line dry quicker). There are other positives (like the 90mins air dry for winter), but just mentioning the main ones that people will want to know straight out.
There was a negative mention on a previous review about the water level button not being the usual 'low, med, high'. It's easy enough to figure out what level you need on this machine if you split the 6 preset levels between low, medium, high (*as below) - so don't let that put you off. You won't be standing at the machine doing maths, lol.
* 27L - low, 38L - low high, 47L medium low, 51L medium high, 55L high low and 69L high high*
If you typically do the same type of loads every week (small items, light clothes, heavy clothes, towels), you'll naturally start to learn what level works with what load you're doing anyway.
Package removal, installation and old machine removal IS available with delivery - you just need to ask for it on your order notes and delivery confirmation phone call. Extra $60 on-top of the delivery for the extras - great price for the instant convenience and service. Typical tip run costs $40 anyway, so what's another $20.
So yeah, highly recommend this one if it aligns with your needs. I bought this blind online and am stoked with it. Definitely choose this one over the Fisher & Paykel models if that's on your narrowed down list - they're just relying on their old skool reputation to carry their price points when it comes to the newer, less reliable, outdated design/tech models.

Great washing machine! Lots of awesome functions - quick wash in 27 mins and the stain removal got sauce out of white jeans! Love the delay timer and how much space is in the machine. It’s quite tall but super easy to use and much better than my last one!
Harvey Norman service was awesome - amazing rep from Dunedin store had it delivered to me next day which is the absolute dream when you’re a week behind on washing!

***Does not do a hot wash!!!!***
The washing machine will not run a hot wash, despite having a hot wash setting!!! What is the point?! Also measures the water in litres rather than low/medium/high etc. Very disappointed.
