[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At the time I bought this washer/dryer I was bit hesitant as it has little to no reviews. Being combo washer and dryer, I was afraid it would do a bad job at both. I pulled the trigger after researching other Samsung washers/dryers and they had positive feedback. Thankfully I pleasantly surprised, it delivered what it promised. I'm giving it 4 stars due to the long cycle times especially when it comes to the dryer. I can see an option for the washer to configure a lighter load but not the dryer. It is perfect for a couple using the dryer function on occasion. Having two in one machine has saved much space in a tiny apartment laundry.

Good product for busy and young professionals
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has been very useful and convenient for me and my partner. Since we have a small apartment, we needed a compact but multifunctional washer dryer combo already. Since we are both working all the time, it is very easy for us to use the wash + dry function when we leave for work and will come home to clean and fresh laundry. It has multiple functions as well, so with small batches of laundry we can just use the wash function and hang the clothes to dry. I just cant set up the smart function on my phone since the laundry area is very far to our router and cant connect to our wifi for the smart functions. But so far a very recommended product!

Great Washer Dryer Combo

It has been working perfectly without any issues. The washing performance is excellent, and the clothes come out clean and fresh every time.
I also like how easy it is to use, and the AI wash feature makes the whole process more convenient. The machine runs smoothly and feels well-built. Having both washing and drying functions in one unit is a big plus, especially when space is limited.

The future of washing/drying is here
Managed to get this on a fairly discounted price and wow, it is AMAZING. I've only had it for a few months so far but i LOVE it. The convenience of running the whole cycle, wash and dry in one machine and once it's ready the door is opened for you is so amazing, I've also set up a notification that plays across my samsung speakers to let me know when the cycle has finished. It's also recently had a firmware update which has vastly improved the software of the display which is now very fast and looks fantastic. Could not recommend this machine enough.....if you can get it for a good price.

Game changer
The Samsung AI Washer & Dryer is a game changer. I no longer need to use clothes hangers for drying, which saves a lot of time and effort. Even during the drying cycle, it’s surprisingly quiet and barely makes any noise. The convenience, performance, and low noise level have exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!
The only downside was the delivery service. The delivery team even joked about why I had bought such a heavy machine, then simply dropped it off without unboxing it or assisting with setup. Considering the unit weighs over 160kg, expecting customers to unbox and move it themselves is unreasonable, even for most adults. This part of the experience fell well short of the quality of the product itself.

Perfect for our family needs

The quick wash cycle cleans a full load in under an hour and the drying actually works, no clothesline needed. Fits our king quilt easily. The AI Wash adjusts water and detergent automatically and its not as noisy as our old machine. Really happy overall.

It washing ans drying efficiency is excellent with advanced AI features. Its drying mode got many options which is convenient for differnt fabric types. The end of washing cycle provides a gentle music that tells the cycle is complete.This is ideal for apartments and constrained laundry space. I highly recommend this unit.
