Coverage for an Eligible Fault*
This may include mechanical, electrical and/or electronic failure which becomes apparent from normal use of your product over time, or involves condensation, humidity, corrosion caused by airborne sulphur, internal overheating and dust.
All freight and service call out fees covered
If your product suffers an Eligible Fault, all freight and service call out fees related to assessment, replacement or repair of your product are covered.
Transferable
If you sell or gift your product with Product CareTM, your Product CareTM and any unredeemed benefits of your Product CareTM can be transferred to the new owner of your product.

Great little fridge for teen retreat!Great little fridge. Purchased this for my son’s bedroom. Perfect size for all his holiday snacks and drinks! The only downfall unfortunately is that we were unable to swap the way the door opens (one of the reasons I bought this fridge) the hole that requires a screw on the other side hasn’t been drilled properly so we’re unable to switch it. Pretty frustrating but overall, the fridge is great!

Awesome Under DeskAs I work long hours and rarely can squeeze time out to get somehhing to eat or drink. I have created a mini kitchen in my office. This fridge takes up little space works well and compliments my 20L Whirlpool Microwave and De'Longhi Nescafe Expresso machine. Everything close by saving me time.

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive. Some goods may take longer to deliver if a product is currently not in stock. A staff member will contact you where this occurs.
Easy returns
If you feel your product has failed a Consumer Guarantee (as defined by New Zealand Consumer Law) then don't worry you can easily return it to your local Harvey Norman store.
