Can this be ordered in a gunmetal or stainless?

Thanks for your question Kate. Not in the Glass range. This only comes in the Black (MR-CGX450ERGBKA), or White (MR-CGX450ER-GWH-A) model. The Standard 450L is available in Stainless Steel (MR-CX450ER-ST-A) or Black Stainless (MR-CX450ER-BST-A). Trust this helps! ^CO

Can the door be mounted the other way?

Thanks for your question Lisa. This size model is not currently available in a left-handed configuration in any colour, and does not have the ability for opposite mount. Currently this is only available in the 363L models. Hope this helps! ^CO
