Sexy on the outside, hideous on the inside
Looks the part but doesn't play the part. Shelving in the door means you can't have a decent bottle of milk or multiple bottles stores like regular fridges, they're moulded around the water tray on the inside. The draws in the freezer are small and strange, hard to get a good balance of piling in meat, frozen foods, etc. looks sexy from
The outside but is definitley not worth the full price. Unfortunately we purchased during lock down where we couldn't visit a shop, if it wasn't for the fact we didn't have a working fridge at the time we would have held off. Regretful purchase :(

Fantastic fridge!
Great fridge!! Had it for a couple of weeks now. Water dispenser is very handy, we were worried about the dispenser taking up room in the door but can still fit either 2x 2l bottles of milk in the door or fits 2x 2.5l bottles of soft drink as well as a couple smaller shorter items on the same shelf. We bought in lockdown so didn’t get to see it before buying but it was worth it. Freezer is bigger than I expected with 2 drawers but they slide nice and smoothly and have been easy to get things in and out of. Best fridge I’ve had so far

just received the fridge freezer overall look is ok feels a bit cheap though. the layout inside the fridge was very bad required to remove an entire shelf to allow anything large on shelves as only 3 places for shelving alternatives could not even fit my sauce bottle in there. the door shelves are all but useless due to the water storing chamber which holds an astounding 1 liter so if you drink normally you'll be filling it 5 -10 times daily. the "water dispenser" is exactly that a valve on a hose nothing else. the freezer has nowhere to put ice trays before frozen as only two bucket shelves which if used cannot put ice trays in the freezer so no ice for your water which will be warm due to just filling it up. in reality, it's the most expensive cheap, and nasty fridge freezer on the market much cheaper better alternatives out there, don't buy it if you want something that is actually functionally useable.

Absolutely disappointed
We purchased this fridge freezer in May 2020 and it has intermittently been cold then cool, the freezer let’s ice cream melt and then late Jan 2021 it started making a loud humming noise, now the inside of the fridge is warm and the food in the freezer is thawing. REALLY disappointed with this Samsung product. A fridge/freezer should not have issues within 12 months of purchase.

Very happy with the fridge freezer, the water dispenser leaked initially but that may have been user error as it seems to have calmed down, only downside is the water dispenser makes fitting more than two larger bottles in the door impossible, one bottle of milk and a bottle of wine and that is it, our previous held four. A good priced fridge freezer and worth the money.

Happy fridge happy life
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Happy with my fridge purchase overall. Storage is nice for a small family of 3-4 but larger models would be recommended if more people need to be provided for. Water reservoir takes a bit of room meaning there's not as much space for large bottles in the door racks but this isn't a big issue.

Good fridge with non plumbed water dispenser. Not black as stated but more of a graphite.
Water dispenser good but need to refill often as only 2L.
Have not received samsung cashback yet as promised.
