Very efficient for bulk buying.

It has helped alot with bulk shopping frozen goods when they are on special saving me alot of money especially on meat which has gone up in price so much. Any other frozen goods I can stock up on when cheap. Also cooking meals and freezing them and also buying bulk dog bones to make dog broth. It's awesome I can fit all of this in my freezer. It's also quiet and not to much to run. I only use the temperature dial on halfway and that's enough to keep frozen. Very convenient freezer!

Nice Unit
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to install and move around as required. Nice finish on cabinet and works well. Only criticism is that the unit only comes with one freezer basket, with the basket supplied having less capacity as my smaller Westinghouse chest freezer and not as of study construction. An extra one or two baskets would increase the storage efficiency of the freezer and providing easier access to products stored there.

First initial set-up
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this 2 months ago i had measured up to make sure it fitted where the old 140lit was and it did i love this unit if the power light wasn't showing you wouldn't know it was running its amazingly quiet the tempreture was set in the dial and i thought I would leave it for 24 hours to see if it was OK and Iit was i have not touched the temp settings once I absolutely recommended this 300lit Westinghouse I've had Electrolux vacs fridges mixers all my life and never had an issue my mum told me early days don't buy cheaper unknown brands they won't last and she's 100 percent my 20 yo Electrolux vac is still going strong albeit my husbands garage vac now also my Westinghouse fridge/freezer side by side is 16yrs old a never failed so thank you Westinghouse for your great products!

Expected more for the cost.
Had to return fist unit due to internal defects.
Second one works, but the wall are out by 1 cm (middle is curved out) making the lid seal questionable.
Insulation in walls is great, but the lid is COLD - clearly loosing a lot through it.
Not impressed given the premium pricing. Hopefully will see some longevity, but standard 2 year manufacture warranty does not scream confidence.
If it breaks, I will not buy same again.

Perfect size, perfect price
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Picture this…. It’s my birthday - and as a surprise my trusty freezer up and died on me (at least it was not me that packed it in!) I saw this fine specimen of a freezer and brought it on the spot ! Got to the freeze point quickly - so quickly in fact that the food in my now deceased freezer never had a chance to thaw! Brilliant freezer - great price

Such great storage capacity!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this freezer as a treat myself pressie from Santa. It has been the gift that keeps on giving. The 300L storage capacity is excellent and not so vast that its impossible to access items at the bottom. The seals are strong and the freezer stays crisp and cold despite the humidity we deal with in the tropics of North Queensland.

nice and cold
bought it a few months ago to replace a smaller westinghouse freezer as it was getting a little cramped for room now i have heaps of room and can now divide out my frozen items into meat vegetables etc .Fantastic quality once again as i have always bought westinghouse in the past and they have never let me down the old saying goes when youre on a good thing stick to it

Blessing in disguise

This unfortunate situation turned out to be a lucky one as the Westinghouse freezes so much better and holds so much more.
