Awesome Freezer[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this freezer now for a few weeks and it is so brilliant. Up until now I had a small Westinghouse Tuckerbox Freezer and a bigger 300 litre Westinghouse which have never let me down. The Tuckerbox one was 24 years old and it still lives on as my Mum and Dad claimed that. I am selling the 300 Litre one now as this 500 Litre freezer does all the other two did and more.

Awesome Freezer[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had just moved and I was wanting to be able to bulk purchase frozen goods and dog food. The Westinghouse freezer ticks all the boxes. Even extra baskets are readily available. I've added three more to my freezer which allows better segregation of frozen items and still gives good access to the lower section. Can't recommend it highly enough.,.!!!

Great features excellent quality[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased this freezer as a replacement due to major flooding. We then did a home kill and put half a steer in the freezer along with, 2 lamb, and half a pork and our usual stock of bread, ice cream etc.. 4 months later we had a huge “mini cyclone “ that caused our power to be off for 3 days! As we lost our generator in the major flood we hadn’t replaced it - so we were left to hope the freezer would stay cold for 2 days before we could source a generator… the freezer worked perfectly and the meat stayed frozen which was fabulous because we didn’t lose any product. The freezer is huge I love the way the lids stays open at different heights/ angles because sometimes you don’t want to fully open it - especially when you’re packing a lot of items into it. I’m finding every time I need to replace an appliance Westinghouse keeps coming out on top for quality and design.

Just what we needed[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great freezer we brought it to store bulk meat.
So far we have a 20kg lamb and 60kg worth of pork frozen and it’s not even half full.
We have the thermometer set on 4 and it’s working perfectly. Love the idea that it’s on casters so we can move it around and dust under it.

Living 30 kms from the nearest supermarket in a flood area this freezer is essential. Very quiet operation also. Extremely happy with my Westinghouse freezer

Great freezerHave had the freezer for a couple of Months. Easy to unpack and set up in the garage. Heaps of space for storing whatever you need for a big family. Rock solid and stable -20c at setting 5. Might get a few extra baskets to help with internal packing efficiency. No problems whatsoever so far and a great unit.

Great BuyChose the Westinghouse 500 Litre freezer for its space, I was constantly tight for room in our previous freezer, this is perfect, can keep it neatly arranged and because it’s lower I can easily spot what I’m looking for. Great investment with a reasonable price.
