High pitch painful
Fridge works great - it’s the motor which is the problem. It’s not overly loud but the compressor pushes out a very high pitch sound when it is in full cool mode. It’s a nightmare. Had the F&P tech out who basically said that’s what the new compressors sounds like. Doesn’t seem I have any avenues to argue. Will be flogging this off online somewhere and getting another fridge. I’d strongly suggest not buying this fridge if you are under 40 (the older you are the less likely the high pitch will be as bad for you).

Love, love, love this fridge!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We had an earlier version of this fridge many year ago, but we sold it when we sold our home at the time. My 4 children loved this fridge so much and it was such a fond memory from their early childhood. They often spoke about how much they loved that fridge. We are renovating our kitchen currently, so it seemed appropriate to get a new version of the same model. We haven't opened the box yet, as awaiting the builders, but the children who are now teenagers are all beyond excited at the prospect of having this in our new kitchen. Can't wait to unbox it.

Like the water and ice cube feature
The fridge is an adequte size for our family of four. We love the water and ice function and have not had a problem with this at all. Our only problem is that when you have it in cabinetry you cant open the doors past 90 degrees and you then can’t get the crisper doors out properly. It is a nightmare to get the drawers out to clean and has lead to minor fracturing of the plastic draws which have subsequently shattered today. I would only buy this fridge if the location is free standing and then Id give it a 5 star rating.

Not worth the money
We bought this fridge as it was the only one that would fit at our new house we bought and we did not want to re do the kitchen.
The water comes out very slowly, the stainless steel marks with finger prints very easily and the ice needs to be cleaned every fortnight as it turns to one giant ice cube. Don’t waste your money with this fridge! We are a family of four and it does not have enough room for food.

In time for Christmas Guests
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We lnew we would be hosting Christmas as well as expecting our son to join the family in early decemeber so decided a bigger fridge was in order. We thought twice about the water option but it has been the best choice for our family as we all drink so much more and are much healthier for it. WE also didn't quite relise how long we had put up with poor tasting water. My daughter just loves it.

Solid Fridge - keeps food fresh
Good fridge - nice to have a stainless one that magnets actually stick to :). We bought a fridge for the space, and were pleasantly surprised with it. Only real nit is that it would be nice to have an icemaker.

Great Family Fridge
We were looking for a family fridge well priced that did the basics well (ice, water, space, looks) and we got what we wanted. Looks great and does everything well. Nothing fancy, just a spacious, user-friendly fridge at a great price. The only thing we would change is a slightly deeper recess for the water dispenser to avoid water drips on the floor from kids too quick to extract the glass.
