The dimensions provided online enabled us to purchase the fridge knowing it fit perfectly into the area, and it did. It is so quiet initially I was checking to make sure it was on--our old fridge was so noisy. Consistent temperature throughout. More spacious than I expected. I love the freezer drawers most of all, would definitely go for this again. My mother loves it so much she is going to buy one herself

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good, but… This fridge isn’t even a year old yet I’m contemplating replacing it. I hate that I can’t easily pull the crisper drawers out completely. I also dislike the lack of flexibility of the fridge shelves. I wish I’d realised these two things before I bought the fridge… they’d have been deal breakers. The freezer and its drawers are great. The fridge works just fine. There are are a couple of small dings to the surface, but the fridge had to endure a major kitchen renovation, so that’s not a big deal to me.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great fridge, so far We only purchased this fridge recently, so it’s too early to make a definitive rating. However, so far no problems. The layout could be better, such as a bit more freezer space and a single crisper (for long vegetables), but this is likely to be a personal choice. Having no water dispenser is great (waste of internal space). Time will tell whether the rubber seals last.

The shelves insides are a bit tricky to move around / bring out in order to change height position. They hit the edge of the doors causing dings/scratches. Satisfied overall and hopefully it would last for at least 10 years...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Early Days but Love It So Far We went with this fridge/freezer as it was the top Consumer recommendation at the time. We managed to secure it in the Xmas sale which made it even better value but it was priced well at normal price and we felt it was the stand out product for us. We think it feels solid and, particularly, like the freezer set up. It looks sleek and is working well. Remember with all of these double door F/F's, you need to allow more space for the doors to open. Suss this out before making your decision and plan your kitchen around your F/F. Don't add this last and think it will fit in! This was a change for us after 20yrs with F&P. I may miss not having the auto defrost, time will tell. But for $ value this choice was the right one for us.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great fridge, compact with plenty of space. Only recently purchased this fridge. Great size for smaller cavities. Plenty of room inside. The black finish is stylish and the fridge came very well packaged. The configuration of the freezer is different to my previous fridge but holds as much however is a lot easier to access with the drawers. The cooling of the fridge and freezer was ready quick with wifi capability to control the temperature.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do not buy The size of this "slim" fridge is misleading. If you put the fridge in a 850mm alcove as advertised, the door swings will easily hits nearby furniture or objects, leaving scratches. It's frustrating to always needs to be careful when opening it.

Thanks for your question Kathy! Chest freezer capacity is usually measured in liters or cubic feet as an industry standard, and internal measurements are not supplied by the manufacturer. The container capacity of this model is 321L for the Fridge section, and 209L for the Freezer section. Hope this helps clarify! ^CO

Hi, as per the above question. Manufacturer actually says a cavity width of 850 for this fridge. It's a selling point. As to the depth of cavity. Your suggestion of 780 has to be way way off. Nobody has a kitchen cupboard depth of that. Please supply.

Hi Sheryn, we have checked again with the supplier and our appliance specialists, and they have confirmed again, 50mm clearance at the back of the fridge is recommended for adequate ventilation. Too small of a distance from adjacent items may result in the degradation of freezing capability and increased electricity costs. This does mean the fridge may jut out slightly from the cavity, but this does allow for the doors to open freely as well. We hope this provides some clarity.

What size cavity does this fridge need. 850 wide (fridge 835), but what depth. Specs say that it's 735 deep.

Hi Sheryn. The manufacturer suggests allowing over 50 mm of clearance between the back of the appliance and any walls when installing the appliance. This would mean the space needs to be 1837mm (Height) x 885mm (Width) x 780mm (Depth). We trust this helps with your query
