Terrible squeaky sound when you open/close doorI bought this in April 2022. There is terrible squeak sound when you open/close the fridge now. I don't know what caused it but it annoy you every time when you use the fridge. It is so awkward that it happen with this expensive fridge...Try to contact CS team and waiting for reply..

Mitsubishi Electric 564L Multi DrawerHave not had the fridge/Freezer long but have got two slimmer Mitsubishi Fridge/Freezer and that is the reason why we chose to buy Mitsubishi again as the current Fridge/Freezers are working well and one is 18 years old and still going strong. We purchased a new Fridge/Freezer as we are moving into a new property and the gap for the fridge was for a french door style Fridge/Freezer. We will be taking our existing Fridge/Freezers with us as they one will be used for the pet food.
We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days. Delivery costs are calculated based on your location and the size of your order. Furniture may take up to 8 weeks to deliver as most products are made specifically for your order. Some Customer Direct products are shipped from overseas and may take longer to arrive. Some goods may take longer to deliver if a product is currently not in stock. A staff member will contact you where this occurs.
Easy returns
If you feel your product has failed a Consumer Guarantee (as defined by New Zealand Consumer Law) then don't worry you can easily return it to your local Harvey Norman store. The depth of this refrigerator is shown to be 735mm. Does this figure include the required distance from the wall? and if not, how far out from a rear wall should it be?

Great question! The measurements supplied on our website are the physical measurements of the unit itself, and don't include space required for ventilation. To be safe, Mitsubishi recommend leaving a minimum of 30mm space each side, 50mm at the back, and 100mm above the unit, for effective airflow. Trust this helps! ^CO
